The owner German is awesome, he took the time to explain to me the different tint options and what their most popular choices were. They were done in under 2 hours and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest business that does great work.

Ceramic tint on front windows and windshield

The workers in this shop are extremely professional and helpful! walked me through the different tints and colors, even did a demonstration on how it would look. they were pretty fast with application, about an hour and a half. would definitely recommend this shop to others!

Huge thanks to German for the tint job he did on my Toyota Crown. The work turned out great and the price was less than the 9 other places I received quotes from. German was super helpful and did an excellent job in a quick amount of time. I got medium ceramic all around and light ceramic on the windshield. Call ahead to get an appointment. This is my second time here, these guys took care of me the first time, and they took care of me this second time. Great prices, great service, easy going guys. Had my Tacoma truck windshield replaced last year, haven't had any issues with the windshield, no leaks, no cracks. Now getting the sedan done, I'm sure it will have no issues either. These guys do windshields, window tinting, and actuators. They have a nice spacious lobby to sit in and wait in the AC while your vehicle is getting done. I would definitely recommend these guys. I have been coming to 5 Star for years and they have done several cars of mine. You won't find a better price, value, work, and customer service than this place. They are happy to walk you through each tint color and the heat dissipation with each product and answer every question you have. This most recent time, they did a full medium tint on my car, and I also had them do just the windshield with a clear ceramic film on my other car. The difference is night and day. The cars are much cooler and noticeably more comfortable to drive in the daytime. Thank you! read more

Tried making an "appointment" with this dude and he said yes come when the shop opens, we arrived maybe 5 mins after opening and he told us he's busy till 1pm. Decided not to honor the appointment. Started calling shops around the area that could get us in because of his lack of scheduling. Called his shop by mistake and was met with the nastiest response of " you already called me if you're not gonna get tint from me you're wasting my time". Unprofessional AF. Do better. I've been bringing multiple cars here and TO this day sending people this way. Never again. read more

Could not be easier or cheaper! Awesome service! I came in today to see about getting my windshield replaced. In about a minute, he gave me quote from his tablet and said he'd have the glass there same day. I went back a few hours later. He replaced it in about 30 minutes. Safelite wanted almost $500, but I paid less than half of that here at 5-Star Auto Glass. Very nice guys, too. Went and turned the AC on for me & my kiddos in the office. read more

German is an expert! In the past, he replaced my Sprinter RV windshield and my friend's Sprinter RV as well. Today, he replaced the windshield on my 2025 Ford Ranger after I got caught in a sandstorm in the Coachella Valley which imbedded sand into the glass! German and his helpers are professional, helpful, and courteous. His prices are reasonable and he is very experienced in what he does! Thank you guys. read more

This place is trash. Is owner's son needs learn how to manage a shop and take ownership of the business. I called to complain about the poor workman ship which he did not care. He acted like he did not remember who I was, which he did because I accused him of stealing an autograph chunky wallet; they replaced a front door glass, which they did include tint, but did shitty glass clean up. I had glass on my floor, I still have glass inside my trim which is making a loud noise which all he said was what do you want , I did my best. He's a joke, I had to take care of the glass clean up myself. Now I have to take care his poor workman ship, he did not even want to honor the work. They also did my father in laws Malibu windshield replacement which they did not mount the driver wiper( I told my father in law, maybe because I accused him of stealing but who knows, maybe he just sucks at his job) This company cost me money, please review your work and take out your valuables read more

I recently got a new car and was looking for a place in my area to get my windows tinted. I went on Yelp and messaged several businesses to get a quote. German from 5 Star Auto Glass & Tint not only responded first (within less than an hour), but also had the best deal out of all the ones who responded to me. I went to my appointment and everything went great. German went over all my options to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and never pushed me into doing anything just to make a better sale. All in all, my tint came out amazing. There was a little hitch with my middle brake light wire getting disconnected, but German even came early to the shop the next day to fix it. The fix took 5 minutes. I definitely would recommend anyone to get their tint done here. It comes out looking so great with a price to match it. They're even thoughtful enough to put tape over the buttons to your windows to remind you not to roll the windows down for a couple of days. I took my car to this place twice and i dont recommend people to come here, the first time time they couldn't even clean up the broken glass inside, 2nd time i went to replace my windshield , somehow when they took off the windshield wipers they didn't tighten the bolt on one of them .I wont be coming here again!!!!!! read more

Our cars were broken into recently and we had to get 2 windows in one car and just one in another but laminated. They had great pricing and didnt take to long to order glass.We did have to go back to adjust a window but customer service is great. I've been coming here for years and they have tinted about six vehicles for me during that time. I recently took my sons Honda Civic In for some work. They remove the old tent which has been on there a long time the car is a 1998. They tinted all the real windows and allowed me to leave the driver and passenger side with no tint after. Do you see my 15 1/2 year-old son has his drivers test coming up once he completes it they will take his side windows. Don't get me wrong I paid for all five windows but this kind of customer service is rare nowadays. If you need tent get over here these guys are awesome and you can't beat there prices. read more

This is my second time back to this shop and their service just keeps getting better. I was here a few months ago and now I came back to take advantage of their free chip repair, I was driving on the freeway when suddenly a rock hits my windshield so I brought it down and they fixed it in less than 20 minutes with no hassle and no hidden fees! I scheduled a few days in advance and was told that the earliest appointment available on Saturday was at 1 pm but that if I dropped off the car earlier, sometimes customers that make earlier appointments cancel or don't show up at all. I dropped off my car at 9:30 am and was shown various tint shades to choose from. I got a call around noon notifying me that the job was done. read more
