The girl at the desk told me items are priced at a discounted rate to customers and you receive about half of that back. Their machine prices the items so you don't feel like you're ripped off. The customer service here is a little odd, only because the employees seem very robotic with how they respond. I suppose they have to use certain words verbatim, I'm unsure. However, the reason I said "try your luck" is because the employees choose which clothes they accept. The clothes have to be "trending" or "in style" and it's to their discretion. When you walk in, they take your phone number, they text you a form to fill out, and you wait about 35 minutes for them to go through and price your items. Unfortunately, they did not accept any of my items here no matter being unworn with the tags on. I would suggest calling to see what they are accepting to save yourself the trip and time. I'm going to try another location like OUT of the Closet before I just donate them.

Treasure Haven sells furniture, clothing, home goods, movies, books, art, accessories, and more. There was a wedding dress, interesting jewelry, and Gucci boots that retail for over $600. It is a little cramped in the store but that just adds to the feeling that you are on a hunt for a gem. You never know what you will find around a corner or in a basket. The lady who was working was friendly and welcoming. Although I didn't find that thing I couldn't live without I still had fun searching through the inventory. They pay very little for quality, up-to-date, and even unused merchandise. On top of that, they are extremely strict about the size of the bag and the number of bags you can bring in you're limited to one bag of merchandise. There are also so many rules and restrictions that, in my opinion, the selling process becomes more frustrating than it's worth. I've been here many times as both a shopper and a seller, and I can honestly say the seller experience is by far the worse side of the business. Of course, you can try it for yourself, but consider this my warning before you spend your time sorting, packing, and bringing your items in. Your quality clothes may be worth more elsewhere.
