I needed a notch cut out on the front corner for curtains to tuck into and a hole for a countertop outlet extension. Oscar provided a quote right away, I didn't have to wait days or follow up. Luckily my job wasn't too small for him! He came out right away to measure the space and installed 2 days later. The curtain cubby has a nice, finished edge and he did a great job rounding the exposed corner. Veining on the backsplash continues from the counter, which I wasn't expecting. He even pulled the tiles to a display to show me what they looked like under different colored lighting. After some consultation, I was allowed to grab the tile sample I settled on to browse around the showroom and search for other combos I might like. He even showed me grout options (there are plenty!) They also offer services for custom tiling.
