This law office lead me to believe they would reach out to me and then ghosted me, wasting my time. Completely dishonest communication. I've tried calling them multiple times over a 3-4 week period, and each time the call center operator on the other end said they would take a message and someone would get back to me. No one ever did. Just called a 3rd time and the call center operator said the only thing they could do was take another message, which I'd already tried and not gotten any response from, and they refused to take any other course of action. Why do you think it's appropriate to ask someone to continue to repeat the same steps that haven't gotten any response before? EDIT: I'm responding to Art's message to my review. I wrote this review before your staff member reached out to me on 3/14. Therefore it is not false information unless you consider any document in a person's history that describes them as "single" as false information after they get married. The staff member who reached out to me on 3/14 was very reasonable and I appreciated finally receiving a response from your office. I only wish I hadn't had to spend 3-4 weeks talking to your call center and finally having to threaten to write this poor review in order to receive that response. read more

This law firm is a joke. Don't waste your your time with this firm. I contacted the firm in June 2023 provided All medical records on a CD in person to the law firm. I had requested the lawyer to contact me to consult, never once did I hear from the lawyer "Art" until October 2023 ( 5 months later). When calling the firm I had requested information from Narina the associate at the firm on the follow up on the status of my enquiry if it would constitute a valid law suit. I wouldn't hear back from her for weeks. "Narnia" would communicate through text message and not phone or email with me, felt unprofessional. I felt my case was time sensitive and recently sent a text message stating this investigation is taking to long. "Art" the lawyer finally emailed me stating there is no case and informed me that he paid so much money for requesting for medical records and investigators, I felt this was unnecessary to share with the client after they were let down that there case was not good enough for the firm. I feel like the law firm never requested any medical records nor did they show me any documentation. I hand delivered the medical records needed for my case to his firm. Stay away from this firm and don't waste your time. Do not let these people take advantage of you like they tried with me. To respond to Arts comments. Dear Art, Your firm not only lead me on for five months but also wasted my time. Your employees never followed up with me. Like I had shown you text messages to prove to you. You on the other hand never responded to me or informed me that this case is going to take a while to look into. I'm not the only person who felt this way about your firm. I found Gharibian Law Firm on the internet. Mine was an elder abuse case that I wasn't sure I could win. Art and Alex worked with me gathering all the pertinent information and photographs. They also suggested sending a letter to the Dept. of Social Services, which they prepared for me. It took over a year for the DSS to finish their report but it was very instrumental in settling the case.
