He cared for my toddler, my teen and my tween (one in the middle) into adulthood. My children were never afraid of him and never cried when they got injections. He took care of me and gave me excellent referrals. I am no longer in the area, but if I were, I would still be seeing him now. He told me one time, he treats from the cradle to the grave. I have seen him in action in the hospital and he was just wonderful with his patients. It is not just with me that he gives such wonderful care. The one thing thats worth making a note of is you can expect long wait times to see the doctors. This is because of the personalized attention they give to each and every patient. As long as youre expecting it, its not that bad. When it comes to doctors these are the best primary care physicians around. With hours Monday through Saturday, it is relatively easy to get an appointment if you are sick. They even have blood lab right in the building. I highly recommend Smithtown Medical Associates!

He trains other physicians in this technique and has been performing it longer and more often than anyone else in the U.S., which is exactly why I was willing to fly to New York for it. I could not be happier with that decision. I wanted a very natural result, just a little more fullness up top, and went with 160 cc in both breasts. Dr. Epstein's expertise with Preserve is what sold me. Honestly, the part I was most nervous about was going under anesthesia. Because Preserve is so minimally invasive, I was able to have sedation instead. Dr. Spaliaris, the anesthesiologist, was an angel. She called me the night before to walk me through everything, and by the time I was in the OR I felt completely relaxed and genuinely excited for the procedure to start. That says a lot coming from someone who was terrified. The whole thing was quick. I was in and out in about three hours. I only needed Advil and Tylenol for the first 24 hours, and the discomfort has been very manageable. Best of all, my results are perfect, and I'm only three days out.
