I took it to another detailer who used steam treatment, but the rancid smell was still very noticeable when I put my nose close to the affected area. This caused me stress, as I thought I had running my seat. I then found Sin City Mobile Detailing on Yelp, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They completely eliminated the odor, which was a huge relief since my vehicle is still new and I was worried I had ruined it over a simple mistake. On top of that, I had them correct issues from a previous detailing job, and they went above and beyond. There were no wax streaks left behind and they even restored my door kick plate protector of some minor scuff marks (without me pointing them out); something no other detailer has been able to accomplish previous attempts (the marks were similar to shoes on a basketball court). There is a deep scratch on one of my doors that wasnt there when i dropped it off, they laid tint over debris so its visible on the outside and inside, and they messed up one of my window seals. I asked to see footage of them working on my car cause i know the damage wasnt there prior to me bringing in my vehicle and the only thing the owner sent to one of his employees to send me is a video of them pulling my car in from a top angle and saying the damage was already there, when the video that was sent does no justice to where the damages were on the car. The deep scratch is on the passenger side, and in one of the photos you can see the angle of the footage is only the top and the drivers side. I recommend don't go here cause from the sounds of it already speaking to the employees, they're not taking accountability for the damages done EDIT: i thought it was one window with the tint laid over debris, but its actually 3 of my windows with tint laid over debris

Because of this, and the reviews, I thought I was going to get a great wash. I chose the top, (most expensive) wash that was offered, because it looked like it was offering my car the best of the best wash, but after all the soap, suds, wax, and blow dry, my car was still dirty. The best thing about the carwash was the vacuum cleaner. There were many vacuum hoses, suction was very strong, and there were lots of trash cans. Because the bird poop remained on my windshield, and my car was left with a dirty, dull finish, I will not be a return customer.
