Even though my car is only 2 years old, this was my 3rd registration, so the DMV required a smog check. I had to go last minute, and they got me in and out in just minutes , even with a line. Tip (coupon) : check online for the $10 coupon before pulling in, they almost always have one. The entrance can be tight because it's between Starbucks and the gas station, but once you're in, it's quick & smooth. The guy working there was friendly and professional, and they sent everything to the DMV right away. I definitely recommend them if you need a fast smog check.

It's just basically getting the loose dirt off, so that your car is presentable but definitely not gleaming. My main issue with this visit is that the car wash broke a part on my roof. I noticed it while drying and reported it to Nick, an employee, who documented the damage with pictures and called his manager, Barbara, for guidance. He told me that she would call me later that day, Saturday 4/11/26. She didn't. I left a message on Sunday and went back to the car wash on Monday, fortunately Nick was there again, he called Barbara who said she'd call me ( no specific time frame provided). She finally called me Tuesday morning. She said that she watched the tape, saw that I discovered the damage and reported it. She informed me that she can't see how the car wash caused the damage and she knows that her company would not pay for it. I asked her to escalate the issue anyway and she said that she would. Then, I thought if they have cameras that saw me drying the car, they should also have cameras as I went into the car wash, this could prove whether or not the car was damaged before I went into the car wash. So, I texted the number she called me from and have yet to receive a response, a week later. If you care about your car, do not use this car wash! When I told my neighbors about what happened, two of them had similar stories. The damage, the report and then the ghosting. My next note/call is to the Better Business Bureau.
