Did the K service and went back a few times for them to flush the coolant and put coolant in, when I was fixing the thermostat and ect sensor when i flushed the radiator and reseroir, it was filled with water, not a drop of coolant was running in the car. They also put coolant in my power steering. Horrible service and definitely scammers trying to make money off me, now I don't know if the engine is still savable since there might already be corrosion internally. I brought my wife's car for the 40,000 mile check up. Plus I wanted to change the serpentine belt. Not an hour goes by and the service manager calls me only to find out that there were more problems that I didn't know about. The front struts were leaking and not safe. The tires only had 2,000 miles left and going bold. The battery was half gone. I had no idea all this was going on. So I had them replace the belt, replace the struts and all 4 tires plus the battery. Of course, there was the wheel alignment. Wow! It's like getting a new car lol. The cost of everything was not expected but it was well worth it just to be on the safe side. My wife and I were so pleased with the job well done and the car rides and handles great. In the past I have had work done on both my cars at this store and that was always done efficiently and professionally. My most recent experience was different and I don't know why or what has changed. The communication regarding projects is less than it could be and some of the requested work was never even done although they said it was completed. On Friday 8/15/25 I called regarding a transmission concern and they said come right over and we can look at it today. I also asked them to look at a problem with the turn signal. It was blinking fast but the bulbs were still lit. The diagnosis was we needed a new transmission and they would look at the turn signal Monday.. I was told it would take 1-2 days from the time they get the parts. We decided to just leave the car there and they would call Monday with an update on the parts. They did say that they needed a credit card to order the parts which I provided as security but told them I didn't want to use the card to pay for it because I didn't want to pay pay the 3% processing fee. They said that's fine you can pay next week. So far everything was great. Monday came and I had no call so I called them they told me the transmission would arrive Tuesday and the work should be done by the end of Wednesday including the transmission and turn signal. Wednesday came and went with no contact So I called them Thursday Morning. The woman on the phone said the work should be done soon and told me to call back at 3 PM. When I called at 3 the same woman told me to call back at 5 PM. I also discussed payment with her and she said they could take a debit card with no fee and I didn't need actual cash. At 5 PM again the car is not done they told me it should be done by 10:30 Friday and they would call me. I called Friday at 12:30 and was told the car was ready to pick up. When I went to retrieve the car I was told that they completed the transmission and replaced the turn signal bulbs and everything was complete. Then I found out that they charged my credit card for the full amount back on the first day 8/15 at 5 PM and included the 3% service charge in spite of my detailed conversation. They agreed to refund my credit card and processed my debit card. They said it would take 2 days to see the credit. By the time I got home we realized that the turn signal was not fixed at all and at this point not only does it blink fast it does not turn off after completing a turn. I decided to calm down and wait until Monday to address the problem. On Monday I called them and spoke to the man identified as the manager by others. I will not use his name here. He said he thought the turn signal was fixed and to bring the car back. I asked why it wasn't on the bill and he said they would just do it. When I dropped the car off I told him that they never charged my debit card or refunded my credit card. He said he would need to redo both transactions. We agreed he would just give me the cash for the service charge when I picked up the car Later that day after they said the turn signal was fixed I went to pick it up and was told the car was fixed but they didn't have enough cash in the register to pay me, which I found hard to believe. The manager said come back the next day to get it. As I was driving home I realized that the turn signal still did not turn off after completing a turn. At least it was back to blinking at a normal speed. I couldn't believe it. The next day I drove to the shop to get my service fee refund. The manager handed it to me and I told him that they didn't fix the turn signal. He insisted they did and I asked him if he drove it to test it. He just turned and waled away at that point. I never did get an explanation as to why the transmission work took 5 days instead of 2. Or why they had the car in their position for 7 days and couldn't manage to fix the turn signal. I don't know if this lack of customer service is specific to this location / person or if this is similar to their other locations. I will point out that every conversation I had except for the 2 with the woman at the front desk where with the identified manager. I still need to find a shop that will address my turn signal issue. read more

It took another 30 minutes for them to fix the mistake they made during the oil change. 45 minute oil change took almost 3 hours to complete. DO NOT COME HERE!!! read more

2nd time bringing my car here for an oil change and always fast friendly service. They take the time to explain what's going on. I never felt hassled on things that need to be done in the future. The last time I got my oil changed a couple weeks later they sent a reminder flyer in the mail for things that needed to be taken off which to me was nice because with life we tend to forget until shit hits the fan. Beyond upset. My wife took her car in for a simple oil change. They told my wife it needed a new battery and spark plugs. This Toyota Corolla was running perfectly fine. Wife never talked to me about it and told them to replace them. Again, the car was running perfectly fine. They charged her over $250 for oil change, battery, and spark plugs?? Well the next day the car is sputtering. Wife took it in. They told her it was a bad spark plug. Now the next day, today, it not only sputters, the check engine light is on!! In the years I've owned fuel injected cars, I've never had to replace a spark plug. They have one more chance to get this right before I get involved. Another case of taking advantage of a woman. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! This mechanic shop willfully carries out fraudulent and dishonest business. I took my van here starting in May of 2024 for a couple of different issues. One of them being that my driver window didn't couldn't be rolled down and my key fob wasn't unlocking the driver door. They did the initial diagnosis and repair (along with others, I'll get to that) and told me it was good to go and I could pick it up. As I was walking to retrieve my van, I could clearly see that the problem with the window and door lock was still present as it wasn't unlocking. I walked right back in and told them that they in fact had not repaired it. They told me I had to come back the next day, and when I did, they charged me another 300-400$ on top of what I had already paid for the exact same issue they had said they corrected the first time. The biggest issue- the AC. I specifically told them what the problems were and took my van back to them numerous times from May 2024- August 2024. Each time they said the AC was repaired, and that they had done yet another task, changed another part, etc. They stated they replaced the entire AC system with Dodge parts. The AC NEVER WORKED PROPERLY after their alleged repairs. Despite going back 5-7 times, they never fixed the issue yet charged me an upwards of 7k for all of the alleged repairs they did. I finally took it to a new mechanic who confirmed that AA Auto had not replaced the condenser, compressor, or multiple other parts, as well as the fact that I had a severe radiator issue that has been there for a long time. They charged me thousands of dollars and had me come back multiple times, spending hundreds on Ubers, for repairs they never did. I'm sure there are other liars and scammers involved in this, but the main one who worked on my car was Angel. I'm currently getting all information together to file the necessary claims and pursue litigation, so I will update this review with specific times, dates, and monitory costs once I have the info lined up. Don't go here!! They need to be shut down. If there were any true justice, they'd be put in prison read more

I first arrived around 12:30 p.m., the service advisor and I assume the manager told me nobody would be available for smogs until 1:30 p.m. because they were on lunch. I left and returned at 1:30 p.m. When I returned, the service advisor said it would be an hour because they were busy with cars that arrived before me. There were only two cars in the shop and two technicians. One technician wasn't doing anything. The manager was scrolling through social media in the customer lounge. The non-busy tech was chilling. Sure, I'll wait an hour. I stepped outside to take a phone call. I noticed the non-busy tech had disappeared. After my call, I walked back into the customer lounge; the manager and technician buried their heads in their phones, watching social media videos.
