First of all, the car wash and dryer do not do a good job. You always have to dry and scrape your car after the wash. It's just basically getting the loose dirt off, so that your car is presentable but definitely not gleaming. My main issue with this visit is that the car wash broke a part on my roof. I noticed it while drying and reported it to Nick, an employee, who documented the damage with pictures and called his manager, Barbara, for guidance. He told me that she would call me later that day, Saturday 4/11/26. She didn't. I left a message on Sunday and went back to the car wash on Monday, fortunately Nick was there again, he called Barbara who said she'd call me ( no specific time frame provided). She finally called me Tuesday morning. She said that she watched the tape, saw that I discovered the damage and reported it. She informed me that she can't see how the car wash caused the damage and she knows that her company would not pay for it. I asked her to escalate the issue anyway and she said that she would. Then, I thought if they have cameras that saw me drying the car, they should also have cameras as I went into the car wash, this could prove whether or not the car was damaged before I went into the car wash. So, I texted the number she called me from and have yet to receive a response, a week later. If you care about your car, do not use this car wash! When I told my neighbors about what happened, two of them had similar stories. The damage, the report and then the ghosting. My next note/call is to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Great service and easy to use. There are two kiosks to place your selections and pay for your car wash at the entrance. If you get fuel at the gas pump, you can pay for your wash there. Once you've paid, the barrier arm will go up. If there is someone in the other lane, whoever pays first will get through this portion quicker. Normally, they have an attendant who will power wash your vehicle before you drive into the wash. You can tip the attendant if you want. Once you enter the wash, put the vehicle in neutral and sit back. Once done, you drive off. Unlike Terribles, you don't have someone waiting to wipe your vehicle. There are self use vacuum stations on your left. Overall, I like using Uncle Rayski's Magic Carwash. Convenient and affordable. read more

Amazing car wash!! We even received a free cookie each when we pulled up to the attendant. She was very friendly and paid attention to detail. She made sure to spray the stubborn spots on the car really well. The car looked fantastic after leaving the car wash. I paid almost $12 for a premium car wash and I ended up washing all missed parts, rims still dirty, windshield and back windows were dirty and lastly the it didn't dry well, I appreciated the girl handling cookies while my vehicle is being washed but it would be nice if she uses the pressure washer instead of just the driver side she would use it 360. read more

Great drive thru car wash, that has Veterans days are Tuesdays and Senior days are Wednesday. You get free cookies and/or free air fresheners when they are available. They have several bays for vacuuming your own vehicle. Th car was does a decent job. Especially for not being a hand wash job. It took most dirty off my car. The staff was friendly. The only thing keeping me from buying a monthly car wash package from here right now is they do not hand dry to prevent spotting. They do have a dryer you drive through, but that does not get everything. If they decide to add hand drying, I would definitely look into a monthly package option. read more

always get a good wash here! they always treat me like a person and take the time to input my selection for me. Even helped me when my hand was in a cast ! I get all the extras when I want! and when I asked for tire cleaner and wax - that's exactly what I got !! Not the the " other one" . twoce and I have yet to notice the difference between the high $ and the basic! and I have never gotten any extras with them without getting in line again and repeating the same low suds no extra wash. Update 4/9: I got the same woman at the car wash again today. Gave her a tip again and hoped she would give the car a good spray down. She sprayed half of the car, meaning she sprayed with one hose. The good employees use both hoses and hose down all 4 wheels and doors on both sides of car. Next time I'll wait for someone else. read more

The rinse sucks period. Lots of spots and a lot of foam leftover after a wash. Dryers are meh as my car has an extremely waxed finish. Should be able to blow off the nasty rinse water. This used to be a good cheap wash but no longer. read more

Car wash is a thrift wash, but it does the job on the fly. But I had an incident with a young man who seems to think he's "too good" to work at a car wash, but didn't get hired somewhere else, probably because of his demeaner. I always tip good, while half the customers that go there barely do as they keep their windows up. I asked for change of a larger bill so I could tip him even though he had a chip on his shoulder and didn't perform 10% of what the other team members do when I go through frequently. Most of the employees there are really good. Tried emailing my concerns to the owner or customer service. Owning several businesses, I would expect and appreciate my customers letting me know of a potential issue so my team could take corrective action and talk to the employee, etc. NOTHING, CRICKETS.....there's 15 other car washes within the 2 mile radius. I guess the Rayski is making enough money not to be concerned.....until his numbers drop. Today "all" too many businesses don't provide any customer service to their community. I'll stick with the "private detailers" and support the guys who care. read more

I received a car wash from this store on 7/8/22 and it cracked my windshield. I have contacted Uncle Rayski's using 4 different methods regarding repairing or replacing my windshield, but have received no response. I am disappointed and have lost trust in their car wash as they will not take responsibility. I am willing to update this review favorably if they respond to me and take care of my windshield. read more
