These guys are doing amazing things with food. Everything is scratch - the focaccia bread, the sauces and condiments, even the cookies. I've had their sandwiches several times now, a perfect balance of meats, veggies and condiments - huge portions, I can never eat more than half a sandwich at a time. Lots of textures and flavors, right now the Tuscan sandwich is my favorite, spicy, flavorful, can I say authentic? I see they are now offering fresh entrees to take home (or late nights at work) - I'll try those next. This is a great place for a twist on your regular sandwiches. I had the roast beef sandwich with horseradish sauce and it was delicious! The focaccia bread was visibly fresh and very good, and I enjoyed the homemade pickles. Be sure to get extra chips because you will be sad when they're gone! What a surprise. With the pandemic and a house of 5 working all different hours, I decided to try GK so we would have something quick to eat when there was no time to cook. We ordered Ghost Kitchen Orlando into the office today and I still can't get over the roast beef sandwich I got! Looking on-line they had quite a lot of choices and I wondered if the food would arrive looking as good as it did online. It was way better! There was soooo much flavor! I ordered (as mentioned) the roast beef sandwich and when I picked it up it felt like a brick (in weight). There was so much yummy meat on that sucker! The tomatoes were juicy and ripe, the house made pickles which had a very cucumber in vinegar home style flavor were delicious and the horseradish sauce.... oh my goodness! The whole sandwich was just perfect! That focaccia bread too! And please allow me to get to the best part... the cookies. Holy. Hell. For real, I can't remember ever having such a delicious, flavor packed soft, chewy, warm, melt in your mouth cookie! I might just sell a bit of my soul for the recipe. For real! I've done a few Yelp reviews, but usually I just go about my day to day keeping my mouth shut, but this Ghost Kitchen Orlando was worth taking a minute to throw some good words out there.
