Whenever I am in Miami I make sure to stop by Ghost bar! For starters the food is amazing. I have the lemon pepper wings whenever I stop by. I also ordered the shrimp pasta that was to die for! I came for a day party Super Bowl weekend (a very busy weekend) and had excellent service! We had two bottle girls, Storm and Kylie and they both were professional and attentive to all our needs. Me and my boyfriend are visiting from orlando for his birthday and we are staying at the hard rock we decided to go across the street for our last night to a club close by (that a friend recommended) and when we walked in we liked the vibe... until we sat at the bar and was given menus and the waitress walked away and didnt come back. Sat there and watched them dance, take shots, and play on there phone. We are both in the restaurant industry and that was unprofessional. You can get the same good experience at any bar or club but with people who actually care. Like any other business, they only worry about themselves. They have barely any parking. Even when you ask if where you parked is ok. Staff gives careless understanding and response. Had a great time, spent mad money, to come to my truck having a boot. There were about 5 cars with the same issue. And management of course, sticks up for staff. Makes everyone look dumb. Nothing more frustrating than asking to ensure you are doing the right thing and get punished by people who have no care or consideration for those supporting the business. I came here with a friend for their Friday Happy Hour. You get half the price off select drinks and appetizers. The drinks were good, and appetizers were decent. The service was great, and the music was good. We ordered entrees, and they were all bland. I would not recommend ordering from their full menu; just stick to drinks and Appetizers. Lets start off with how not one waitress or bartender had a mask on... Our Waitress, who didnt even give us a name, was very rude and didnt even care to make sure if our drinks were filled and if our food was even good. She never gave us refills. our food took forever to come, cane at 3 different times and was cold when brought to us. Not one time did she check to see if we were satisfied. She stood in a group with the rest of the girls just lolligagging. Luckily w guy from the bar checked on us and took care of everything. The manager who was on duty (looked like she could be one) walked by and rolled her eyes as if she was upset and didnt check on not one party while we were there. Basically looks like everyone is there for looks and doesnt care about their customers. it sucks cause the food isnt bad and we were brought there by a friend who knows Ghost and was trying to bring more people to his spot. Management and Waitresses definitely need to be checked. also a percentage is automatically taken out on the bill as a "service fee" when in reality is probably a tip for the waitresses who dont deserve it. Me and a group of friends 15 of us decided to go to Ghost Bar as the Hard Rock was not playing the UFC fight. We were ID at the entrance and the men were patted down and the girls were Free of charge and the men $10 cover very reasonable. We sat down waited about 10-20 min for our server to come attend us and get our order by the time we ordered our food it was 10:00-10:15 since we got their a about 5-10min before just in case it was packed due to the fight. We waited more than an hour to get our food. We got our food 5-10 before the fight started as the kitchen was backed up and we had three different people attending us that we didn't even know which one was our server and then after the fight we asked for our check and it took another 20 min to receive it. The place has a cool feel to it however management needs to step it up and hire more employees or train them more for larger parties. Worst experience ever. I will NOT be returning. read more

I have thai place 2 stars being very generous due to the atmosphere! The service is ok I guess but the FOOD! HORRIBLE we waited over 45 minutes for our food then was told by the host that we had 30 minutes to get up even though we still hadn't all received our food that was ordered at the same time! The hostess later came back to say we had a extra 1hr and missing condiments. Food finally arrived but was COLD! Ordered my Togo order at 345 didn't get it till 515 but according to the manager I'm not the only one complaining ‍ Hookahs are vapes not real hookahs so that was a bummer also! Imagine eating dinner on the sofa with a end table not cool! Picture below of the tacky end table. The drink however was pretty good actually. My over all babe is to only go back of I was looking for a nice drink and a cool vibe. I went to GhostBar last night 9/11/2020 for a night it with my friends, a group of 5. We arrived there around 9:15 and there was a short line and we ended up waiting about 30 minutes. We were next in-line to enter, the guy had taken all of our temperatures and we were waiting on our table. Another group of about 8 people came up after us, made a big fuss about the wait and the GhostBar bouncers gave them our table!!!!! After standing out side for over 30 minutes waiting to go inside they blankly gave our table away with no explanation. Then they made an announcement that they can't assure that everyone in line will make it inside. We ended up leaving. I would NOT recommend anyone to go here. These people do bad business and they are extremely unorganized!! And do not be filled by the crowd because it is NOT A BLACK OWNED BUSINESS!!!! I would make rather put my money into a black owned business anyway. If I could give this place -1 star I would!! They literally gave our table away!! And the parking sucks!! Instead of going here go to the Hard Rock hotel, it's directly across the street. Goodbye! read more

This place gets one star because of the FOOD only. The service in here is absolutely terrible but before I get into that, none of the staff wore masks. In a pandemic, it was very concerning and I cancelled my order. When I sat down, the waitress walked next to me and just looked at me. She didn't say hello or anything just waited and when I didn't speak she walked away. She gets automatic gratuity and that is why there was no type of efforts. On top of it being taco Tuesday and us finding out there was a deal , The waitress got the order wrong and said oh well when we said it was wrong, we ran out of water because she didn't come back to the table. Another waiter checked on us and that's when we were finally able to get everything needed (water, boxes, cancel my order, checks.) From the beginning it was a very uncomfortable experience. The Dj was playing Rkellly and asked what was wrong when we made a face, we asked why this song and proceeded to say why not? "I don't think he did anything wrong, those girls went to him." Back to our experience, when we told the waitress about removing the wrong order she said well you ate 1/3 of the tacos, the manager did not check on us the entire time even after the incident. As someone who has worked in the service industry both fine dining and club life this place will not last long. There needs to be a complete staff change. Manager needs check points and the waitresses need to actually put in efforts, rolling your eyes at the table because of your mistakes is completely unacceptable. First time there and my friend keeps trying to help Ghost by bringing girls and every time the experience is awful. read more
