I give it 5 stars for sure! We spoke to several staff and they couldn't help either. We were told that VIP tickets were "sold out." (You can still buy online but not in person because they didn't think about closing that option.) They wouldn't give a refund. They stated that we could come back another time like Thursday or Sunday. Their excuse for bad service is "it's because it's a Saturday night." I would steer clear of this location. They only want money and do not care about giving great experiences at all. They acknowledge how it's a problem to mash "buying tickets" and "tickets purchased" into one whole line to get into the building. Again, horrible experience.
