When I block and report the number, they rotate the number to a new one to continue messaging me, which makes it a willful evasion of my opt-out. Don't make the mistake of calling them and letting them have your phone number unless you like telemarketing harassment. They're breaking laws and I'm going to start documenting it all to take action against them.
