That'll definitely take away from a persons experience. I was disappointed because all of the machines were small. Therefore, I had to use multiple machines to get the job done. There were really only 2 sizes small and Xtra small. They were a little pricey too. Also, there was a smell of moldy clothes when I opened the washer door. I sat in my car while blankets were washing. The machines had been off for maybe 10 mins. My items were moved out of my washers as a new lady had her things in all of the machines I used. There must've been a concerned look on my face as the clerk shouted out "looking for your pillows?" He pointed to the dryers they were in. In a sigh of relief, I asked him how much did I owe him, he replied "nothing." He explained he just wanted to make sure all machines were available. He saved my review of 1 or 2 star. He was kind and had great customer service skills. However, I need a place that's conducive for large loads of blankets, comforters, and pillows. This place is not it. They have washers for everything from a regular single load all the way up to a whopping 80 lbs. Basically, if you can drag it through the door, there's probably a machine big enough to wash it. Forgot detergent? They have laundry products available for purchase. You can also use a credit card at the machine to purchase a laundry card, so no need to arrive carrying enough quarters to fund a small arcade. Clean, convenient, plenty of machine sizes, and easy to figure out. Foxy's in Villa Park gets my vote! Now, if they could just figure out how to fold everything and put it away for me, we'd have a 6-star establishment.
