    Smells bad- like a kennel or a wet dog. Hope they solve the issue soon--seems to be a problem since grand opening (from other reviews).

When we called to ask what happened, the woman insisted she had spoken with us and that we approved the change- this never happened. We checked our phone log and only had one missed call from the shop, no voicemail. She also kept saying, "But you ordered sympathy flowers and we made them Mother's Day flowers" as if that justified the change. It was for Mother's Day-we liked that particular arrangement and the box it came with. Realistically, I think they mixed us up with another customer, which would've been understandable. Mistakes happen. But her insistence that she spoke to my husband, so much so that he had to grab the phone and say to her that they did not speak and our call log clearly proving otherwise was frustrating and bizarre. When I asked to speak with the owner, she said the owner was having surgery, which felt like an attempt to make us feel guilty for escalating the issue. When we asked for a full refund, she said we'd have to bring the flowers back for that and that she could only offer a partial refund. At that point, it became clear she was not interested in making things right. We won't be ordering from here again-not because of the mix-up, but because of the employee's unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Mistakes happen, but a lack of integrity and willing to own a mistake is unacceptable.

I was very pleased with what they sent and I'm not going back to large franchises again.

    I regret doing business with 73 Daisies Florist. On 2/11, I ordered the "Deluxe Gorgeous Best…read moreSeller Premium Designer's Choice" arrangement, a mylar balloon, and a small teddy bear via PayPal. However, the emailed receipt listed a different arrangement--"Valentine's Designer's Choice In A Vase" and a different price. On top of that, they "assumed" I wanted a Valentine's Day balloon just because the holiday was the next day. I believe that due to the holiday, custom arrangements were not being offered, only designers' choice. This is for YOU, the owner: When I tried to address my concerns, you continuously interrupted me, forcing me to shout, "Are you going to let me finish speaking?!" And before you "try" to make this appear that "the customer was already irate", let me be clear that I was very calm at the onset of my call. Instead of taking accountability, you made several excuses and only offered a pathetic $8 refund for the balloon. When I pointed out that the flower arrangement looked off-kilter and skimpy for the price, you dismissed my concerns, saying, "It's the designer's choice." I also tipped the florist, making this even more frustrating. I want my tip back too! You need to work on your communication skills and actually making things right with customers instead of talking over them and offering weak refunds. I am not new to ordering flowers. The $100+ price I paid for your flowers did not align with my expectations. I do NOT recommend this florist.
