It's very easy to get to and has a parking lot. Juan and his staff did a fantastic job on my glove. He understood that it is dear to me; it's more than 60 yrs old (a Roy Sievers signature fielder's glove that I still use!) and he treated it with care. The price for the work was much less than the 'specialty shops' that I found online, and I didn't have to ship it; I brought it in on a Tuesday and it was ready 2 days later on Thursday. The suit, of course, is dry clean only and I needed it done in a hurry...(insert Best Dry Cleaners) I yelped and yelped and couldn't find any dry cleaner with decent enough reviews, that was close enough to my job or delivered same day service so on a whim, I got in my car and drove down Alton in desperation....(insert Best Dry Cleaners) I pulled up to one next to a Blockbuster, which is going out of business within a month so go get your used DVDs at a discount kiddies, and they tell me they do not have same day service but suggested I try the dry cleaner across the street...(insert Best Dry Cleaners) I got in my car, wrestled with the awful construction on Alton and pulled up to a tiny, FULL parking lot. Naturally, I parked the whip in a no parking zone because it just had to be done and jetted over with my nasty ass blazer and pants (hadn't cleaned the suit in months, yeah I'm cheap). This place is situated next to Jimmy'z Kitchen and it is a small establishment. The guy at the front counter was nice and told me he would take care of my suit by 4 pm (it was probably around 11 am) for about $20. Done deal, I left and returned at 4, as promised. I can't tell you if it's a rip off or not because I think dry cleaners are always expensive. All that mattered to me was that the suit was cleaned in the time frame requested. Thanks, Best!

When I picked them up, they were very damaged. At first, these clowns lied and said I brought them that way. Then when I called them on it they came up with different excuses, all trying to blame me or the shoe seller, some BS about the shoes being stored in the humidity, blah blah blah and some other ridiculous accusation. They refused to acknowledge what they had done, didn't offer me a refund or any resolution. I did not want to leave them with them to repair as they are not trustworthy. Also, that is not how you treat a customer. They are rude, liars, and also incompetent. Now I have to find a reputable shoe repair and pay to repair the damage they did. I will never go there again for anything and neither should you. STAY AWAY from these people, they are liars and thieves. Just say NO. You're welcome.

Very disappointing experience. I paid $37 by credit card for…read morea full sole replacement. When I returned, the repair had not been done. Instead, only a small amount of glue had been applied, along with inexpensive heel protectors--completely different from the work I had paid for. For previous repairs, the shop would routinely add heel protectors and charge me $5 for them. This time, those heel protectors were presented as though they were part of the repair I had paid for, even though I had specifically requested a full sole replacement. When I questioned it, the owner denied what we had agreed to and initially refused to return my repair ticket, which clearly described the repair I requested. After several minutes, I was able to retrieve it myself. When I asked for my shoes back, the owner's response was, "What can I do anyway?" That said everything about the level of customer service I received. I ultimately picked up my shoes and left the shop because the repair I paid for was not completed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
