Poor customer service, they don't offer same-day service for dry cleaning, it's very expensive and they are very slow.

I'm so thankful I found OXXO Cleaners! They take great care and attention to detail in their work, completing everything in a reasonable amount of time. I love that they offer 24-hour pickup for some items, which is super convenient. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. While this place is slightly pricey than average, you can rest assured your pieces will be taken excellent care of. They've removed tough stains from my suede and cleaned my vintage Sherpa denim jacket with care. I fully trust them with my high-quality pieces--this is my go-to cleaner from now on! read more

Conveniently located on the ground floor of the Public Storage building in NBV, this place is a franchise cleaners and is super convenient to get to. I've been going for umteen years and the father and son team is the nicest most pleasant people in the dry clean business. They get your clothes to you when you want and are always available in case of an emergency. They've also got an after hour window where you can pick up your cleaned clothes in the middle of the night with an access card. And as well, you can also stop your stuff off through another drop area with a 4 digit code. Besides cleaning and pressing, they've also got a tailor that can take in or let out the waist areas or other areas that are a little too tight or too loose. They are top notch dry cleaners, in the past I was aways worried about taking my Italian wool suits and my Irish linen shirts to the cleans. These guys hand iron and hand wash if needed on the spot. They are the only folks that can touch my suits. Kudos guys read more

We live on South Beach and have had a hard time finding a good dry cleaner near us. We have gone to OXXO Care Cleaners which is a family-run store. It has been a great experience without any issues. Customer service is hard to come by in Miami, but the owner of this store takes his business seriously. I highly recommend this store if you are on the beach. read more

Oh Oxxo made my day. I'm one of those people that hates interacting with customer service and once you drop your stuff off here, you don't have too! You get yourself an Oxxo card and when you want to pick up your stuff at say 11pm on a Sunday you out your card in the Oxxo atm like contraption and out pops your clothes. It's like a dream. Even though I make a joke about customer service, I will say that this store is so we'll run. The service is efficient and top notch. Dozens of people working feverishly, pressing, steaming, sewing, very busy. They do everything not just cleaning, tailoring, sewing, even replacing your zippers. Ive been coming to this Oxxo location for years, and it's by far the best. The service in my opinion is what really sticks out. I like Oxxo overall, most because of the convenience of having an ATM-style pickup system 24 hours a day. Here it is folks! My 100th review!!! :) I wish it was for something more exciting than dry cleaning but what can ya do? This place has excellent customer service. I went in there as a first timer and they set you up thoroughly so that any time you come back will be a breeze. You have an assigned bag with your name on it so you have a place to put your stuff while it is piling up at home. Also the store doesn't even have to be open for you to pick up or drop off! You just use your card in the kiosk and put in a 3 digit code. Your exact order comes right out to you. very convenient especially because I am forgetful about picking up stuff so I can just go whenever I remember. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have pick up and delivery options inf that is what you prefer. I don't usually do this because it is so close to my place but the option is there. read more

I have tried 4 other places and can confirm that OXXO is the best cleaner in Miami. The service is phenomenal - friendly, professional - and everything I've had cleaned is perfect. I've dropped quite a few items there and only one did not make it on time (they were having difficulty removing the stain which they were able to do 24hrs later). What really distinguishes them is their outdoor pickup drop off service which operates like an ATM. That way i don't need to leave work early to make sure I make it there before closing. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they're pricey. Not as pricey as some of the other cleaners who weren't as good but still $$$. After almost 3 years in Miami I finally found my cleaner. Been going there for a while because it was convenient and close to where I live... The 24 hr pick-up door is great - I keep really weird hours... And if you stand in the pick-up area for any length of time, you can see just how fast they can press out shirts and trousers! Saw they have a seamstress so started bringing in stuff to repair, fix or improve... They reworked the ripped cloth on a beach chair, all the usual sewing stuff too, but the other day I asked them to "improve" my car seat covers to help stay in place... Better job than I could have ever expected! Had service like this over seas near military bases, but great to have here and close to home! This family run business has earned my business! read more

I never write reviews but I felt compelled to for this place. I had some clothes I wanted to dry clean but I also had a suit I thought needed altering (it was a suit I hadn't worn in awhile). When I arrived, the employees were extremely friendly especially the cashier. I told them how I needed some altering to my suit and he had me try it on. Once I had it on, he gave me his honest opinion and told me that the suit actually fit well and did not need altering. I admit.... it was dumb of me not to know whether I needed to alter the suit or not. But instead of capitalizing on my mistake and getting more money out of me, he told me his honest opinion and definitely saved me from spending more than I needed to. With that kind of customer service, they've definitely earned my trust, and I will be recommending all my friends to this particular Oxxo in NBV. (perfect timing too especially with all the weddings coming up!) (They also offer 24/7 pickup and same day pickup which is a nice service for someone like me who is a big procrastinator) read more

Ruined Ralph Lauren blazer by using too high a heat on it. It's a mix and they thought they could lay an iron on it. Burnt the fabric basically Came back shiny with the cuffs and collar still dirty. Other clothes came back with dirty collars even after being returned a second time. Think I'm through. Was getting them against sudsies and a cleaner world. Sudsies wins. read more

Very Unreliable and Unprofessional. I drop off a pair of sandals to be stitched on Monday. Cashier states they'll drop it off with their shoe repair guy and he'll follow up with me by Tuesday. Sandals should be ready by approximately Friday. In the afternoon on Tuesday, I hadn't received a call. So I call to follow up on my shoes. Shoes had not yet been delivered to shoe repair guy, and cashier #2 states that shoes won't be ready till Monday. Original cashier calls me back an hour later - states he'll drop off shoes with shoe repair guy on Thursday and follow up with me. Shoes should still be ready by Friday, don't worry about what cashier #2 said. On Thursday I hadn't received a call, and it was already the afternoon. So I call OXXO. I get cashier #2 again, who stated that the shoes hadn't been dropped off with shoe repair guy, and that the shoes wouldn't be ready until Monday. Uh, what...? Completely different than what cashier #1 had told me. So I explained that cashier #1 had told me he was going to drop off shoes by Thursday, and have them ready by Friday. Cashier #2 says he'll talk to Cashier #1. Two hours later, cashier #1 calls back. Apparently cashier #2 was the owner. Cashier #1 was in the process of delivering shoes - was literally at shoe repair place, but Owner calls and says that I've called in too much to check on my shoes, and they don't want to deal with the hassle. Cashier #1 tells me that shoes are still unrepaired, and that I need to pick them up. They refuse to service them. I do not believe that I was overtly rude to anyone over the phone, and I don't recall getting into an argument with anyone - though I was annoyed at the conflicting information. Here's what's wrong with this situation: 1) Cashier #1 and Cashier #2 are not talking. They're providing me completely different information on when to come pick up my shoes. 2) Cashier #1 does follow up. He states he'll call on Tuesday, and then again on Thursday. He never calls for a status update. So I end up calling to figure out when my shoes will be ready. Apparently this creates a 'hassle' for the owner. FYI to OXXO - I work in a busy office, and if I state that I will follow up with someone, I FOLLOW up. It's not that hard. 3) Owner decides after a couple 10 minute follow up calls, spaced days apart, that I'm too much of a hassle to deal with - and despite being able to salvage situation - cancels my repair. I would strongly recommend not using these people. Being late is not a big deal, having to call and follow up is annoying but not a big deal, but deciding that the customers don't really matter is red flag. What if they lose your article of clothing? What if they damage your shirt by accident when cleaning? What if you actually do NEED something by a certain date, and they don't deliver? These things happen in even the best run cleaners. In these situations, you want to be dealing with people genuinely interested in providing good service, and who don't view their customers as a hassle. Tysunn - my old cleaners in S. Miami was great in this regard. They weren't always the fastest, but when they said they would do something, they did it. Dropping off stuff at the cleaners should be easy. read more
