Mark and his team worked to get exactly what was needed to fix out unit. When technicians come out, they have you between a rock and hard place if you don't have an understanding of how these units work.. Ours is 20 years old, and they could have told us, you need a new unit, and several companies did... Mark and his team, no you don't, you need a few parts to. upgrade what is faltering. I'm grateful beyond words for these men that came here with great integrity to do what was needed.. There are many companies, even family owned ones, that only think of the bottom line.. This team looked at us, knowing full well we were at their mercy, and they did a job that could have only been done by people with integrity... It's easy to complain when we don't get what we want. But most hardly take the time to lift up when a good or great job is done.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Bobby was very unprofessional and rude. We explained our issue to him. He left without even looking at the unit and completed the order without doing anything at all. We have had this company come out 4 times. Each time, they were assigned via American Home Sheild warranty company. To replace a compressor. Again, 2 months after, to fix a weld. And still having issues a year later. Still leaking refrigerant and without air conditioning! The work they "complete" always seems to leave us with a non working unit or another problem. Then having to find other companies to do the work correctly behind them. Whats the point of a warranty company if the companies they send out make problems worse. Leaving us to pay out of pocket to make correct repairs. The office staff has always been kind and professional. Too bad the work they sell is not up to par for what they are being paid to do. If you are assigned this company via your warranty company, beware and avoid at all costs. The technicians do not know what they are doing! Edit post owners response with actual facts: Bobby did not arrive today and do any inspection of my unit. How can it be optimal working order when the technician did not hook anything up to the system or even view said problem. He walked in my front door at 830 and completed the work order with home warranty company at 835. I have video evidence via house cameras that he did no such thing. 2nd: just like last year the company that diagnosed the issue was who we use for yearly monitoring of said unit. Obviously if there is any issues of higher priced repairs we would go through warranty company. Your company infact did not diagnose the compressor issue last year. Our service contract company did and advised us to go through our home warranty company which lead to you. Before you respond and make matters worse for your reputation maybe you sir should make sure your technician is honest and does his job! We expected you guys to do your job and check things properly. Unfortunately, you did not. Beware of this conpany and research I am not the only unsatisfied customer, especially with American Home Sheild work through them!
