Shona Art is really moving, this is not your run of the mill knick knack shop. This is a real Gallery which features a lot of Shona Sculptures from some of the best artists. This is a small art and music festival along Burlingame Avenue, not too different from those hosted…read morein other cities. It did have some of those unique vendors selling puzzle comics, pop up cards, bags shaped like animals, SteamyTech creations, beautiful art sculptures, books for kids, and more. It also had clowns making balloon animals for kids, and 6-7 food trucks that didn't seem that popular during this event (probably since there's a lot of great eateries along the same street). They also had the typical beer and wine stands for the 21 and over crowd. But the best part, I'd have to say, was the live music at the main stage. It was a more lively scene at this corner with spectators sitting in the shade on their lawn chairs appreciating the performances, and lots of people dancing near the stage. The band kept everyone energized and getting funky on the dance floor, playing hits like Get Down On It by Kool & The Gang, and Brick House by the Commodores. The parking wasn't easy, but we managed to find street parking after circling around for a bit. Overall this was a cool festival worth checking out on our way to the city, for a little bit of entertainment and shopping on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

It seems like any time the word "wedding" gets mentioned, vendors tack on a "wedding tax" to their prices. Not only were Huy's prices actually reasonable, he took the time to understand the request, ask questions, and make his own professional recommendations while other stores sent me back 1 line email replies, which felt like pulling teeth just to get basic information. We ended up working with Huy at JASK for 3 different print jobs across 2 different designers. Huy patiently educated us on fonts, bleeds, crop marks, paper thickness and quality, and pricing, helping us understand what we needed to produce what we wanted. We couldn't have been more happy with how everything turned out on our budget. Highly recommend for any printing needs!
