Sure, IKEA is IKEA, but when you buy furniture from World Market it's guaranteed to last. Not only is everything quality, but you can find things at this store that you can't find darn near anyplace else. Aside from home goods, they have a huge selection of global food and drinks, including one of the most diverse candy sections around. After coming here for so long you'd think I know everything about this store, but a few weeks ago I learned something new and really valuable. Every department has a clearance section!!! YES!!!! Every department! There's clearance for candles, body wash, men's fragrances, kitchen wares, food and drink, furniture, everything! They also mark down anything from a recent holiday, up to 90% off!! Come on, in this economy who doesn't love a deal? If you can't find one of the clearance sections, just ask someone. All of the employees are so nice and helpful. My favorite clearance areas are the 33% and 55% off food racks located at the back of the store. They are loaded with yummy food - like salami, pasta, gnocchi, baked goods, sodas, coffee, tea, chips, candy - and everything is heavily discounted. A lot of the items have been discontinued, so this is the last chance to buy them. It's the first place I head when I walk in. I've left before with a full grocery bag for less than $8. The next time you find yourself in or near Bridgepoint Shopping Center...GO! Make sure to seek out all of the discounted items. You won't regret it!

There was hardly a line at the checkout counter and ample employees providing fast and friendly service. I even got a complimentary holiday tote for being a rewards member. That came in handy for carrying all the goodies I got.

We were told they would communicate with our project manager to get the correct parts. It's been a week now, and I still haven't received any ETA or update on when the new parts will be delivered. I've been told by our project manager that her manager will be reaching out to me with an update days ago, and have not heard from him/her. The lack of communication and clarity is very frustrating. Strongly advise against their custom shelving unless you have flexibility to have the room unavailable if measurements are inaccurate. I will say the store manager, April, has been very nice to work with and have no problems with the store overall, but it seems the custom shelving is a completely different department and have had no luck communicating with that department.

Definitely going home with me! I also saw a Pendleton sweater, appropriate for the cold weather. Lina said they also carry the famous Pendleton wool blankets but they had not arrived as yet. I'll look forward to the Pendleton blankets. Among the small selection of mostly Japanese tableware I spied a blue & white square porcelain jar that seemed to be missing a top. I kept going back to it and finally added that to my purchases. It kept calling to me. It could be used as a writing instrument or brush holder, or Even as a small vase yo fill with some bright posies to brighten a tabletop or desk. Not one employee was on the floor to field questions. I waited in line at the register just to ask about the availability of a table displayed on the floor. The sole person at the register was the manager of the store (I assume), who looked like he was hating his job and his tone with the customer he was helping suggested he was agitated; therefore, I prepped myself mentally to navigate his attitude if he was the one to help me once I eventually made it to the counter. By the time I made it to the counter another associate was there and in all fairness he was very cordial and polite. I asked about the coffee table he told me 1 of the 2 I was interested in were in stock. The table was on sale online, and there was a HUGE sign in front of the store that displayed additional* discounts on sale items and regular priced items (on select items) therefore, I inquired if there was an additional discount for the coffee table I was interested in. I jokingly told the associate that my partner said "she'd kill me if I paid $700 for a coffee table, but I'm so desperate that I'm willing to take the risk" the associate laughed while the manager shot me look as if he was annoyed with me for asking about an additional discount. The associate turns to the manager and pointed to the screen as if to show a valid reason to get rid of the inventory or suggesting that a sale would be more advantageous than holding onto it because he then says to the manager "how bad do you want to let this go?" The manager without thought or pause shoots back "no, no" while shaking his head, the associate pointed again and says "well look here, could we..." manager in a rude tone cut him off and said "No, the price it's at is what it is , that's it" Now, I understand this isn't the flea market and I don't go into stores (especially West Elm) with the intention to haggle, so this review isn't a retaliation because I did not get a better deal. It is in response to the tangible feeling my business was unwanted and unwelcome with a pompous arrogance. The coffee table is on sale for a price that I might be able to justify with my partner, but I am not interested in giving this store my business. In fact, the associate that helped me is the only reason why this review is two Stars - one would think the manager would actually read the reviews and switch things up, but something tells me this location might not be open for long.

She walked me through the available promotions, including how I could receive 50% credit toward future purchases in 2026 when buying a mattress--something I wouldn't have known about otherwise. Her communication was thorough, and she went above and beyond by helping me secure a refund from another mattress brand I decided not to go with. When my furniture arrived, she even called to make sure the delivery was flawless and that everything met my expectations. This level of attentiveness and proactive communication was far beyond what I expected. Because of MaryAnn's outstanding service, I'll definitely remain loyal to Scandinavian Designs. After talking to a few different firms, Kanika Design just felt like the right fit. Kanika really listened to what we wanted. I've always been a bit nervous about using bold colors, but she pushed us (in a good way!) for a deeper color palette in the main living areas. It looks incredible. Kanika found us so many unique, high-quality furniture pieces that you just won't find at a big-box store. The biggest thing for us was logistics. Once the design process completed, their team handled everything - architectural, permit headache, and construction. Anyone who has done a remodel knows things never go 100% perfectly, but whenever an issue popped up, they were on top of it immediately. They kept the contractors moving and kept us updated on the budget and what was happening next. It's a relief to finally be done after 2 years and have a home that feels like us but way better. I can't recommend Kanika and her team enough. We're still obsessed with how everything turned out.

Last year we bought hardwood floor from them for our Kitchen--A couple of weeks ago an Appliance Repair Guy scratched our floor and I wanted to see if we could repair the floor instead of changing the whole thing--I called Carlos there and he was very nice and said our floor was discontinued but he had a couple of boxes that we could come get them--He said that since our floor was a year old the boards might not match if that was the case he would return them for us--We went to the store and they loaded the boxes in my car. The boxes were very old and not in good shape and were slightly opened on the ends of the boxes--We unloaded them and waited for the contractor--When the contractor arrived of course he pulled one board out of each box to make sure there were no stains on the Maple Wood--Once they pulled these couple boards out it was discovered that they were severely damaged and the color of these the boards in these boxes were different than what I have on my floor--I immediately texted Carlos and he texted me to bring the 2 boxes back for a full refund--I still have the text message on my phone---He was very nice and said no problem. When I arrived at the store, the employee at the Counter was extremely rude and immediately started talking down to me as if I was a student in her classroom--I nicely explained the issue and showed her the text message from Carlos and she started talking to me down again and said well I am not taking them back! I was flabbergasted! I have never seen any retailer act like this! Home Depot, Lowe's, etc would never act like this--She brought our her Manager Quinn and she told him to back her up even though she was wrong and of course, that is exactly what he did---They made no attempt to resolve this or make me feel good as a customer who put my trust in them as a customer---Didn't even offer a store credit--Just kept lecturing me how he would lose money!!! Especially after I had spent thousands of dollars with them last year! On top of it! They kept the Merchandise and made no attempt to give it back to us before we left the store!! Now, it will have to go to the Credit Card as a dispute but can you guys believe all this for a lousy $300?? How petty they were/are! I have gotten two arrangements for my beloved, both of which were received with bliss. That sounds corny, doesn't it? Well, that's my fault, not the flowers. Ok, now the shop. This shop is so well-appointed with a wide variety of reasonably-priced and unique items, it is always difficult for me to NOT buy the entire store. Seriously. I could find a nook or cranny in my home for this entire shop, and would be thrilled to do just that. But I dig up some restraint and limit myself to a few choice items. Last time I picked up a huge mirror star that is now hanging proudly in my living room. I also got some darling Halloween items there, so I highly recommend checking out Apt 46 during any special holiday. Oh wow, the chocolate-pumpkin malt balls!!! HEAVEN!!!
