Knowing I was coming back to DFW airport without my car keys, I called this place way in advance and set up an appointment to get new keys. Jimmy was straightforward in what he could do and prices without an attitude. He also called me 10 minutes before arriving at the time I asked for just to ensure I was still available. He was patient with me as I guided him through the airport parking terminal. He opened my car and then generated a key on the spot within 20 minutes. The only complaint I have is the fact that if you call after 11PM, its hard to get ahold of someone. Apparently the phones route to the on-call technicians. They arent the best at responding back or answering calls late at night. I have no complaints from my service, since I called them during business hours. i needed a locksmith when i misplaced my car keys. i live close to the address of the locksmith. a tech came to my car and for $170 he unlocked my car. my keys were not inside and so i needed to have an ignition key made. stupidly i called the same locksmith thinking i might get a deal for 2 calls in 1 day. a different tech arrived and he made me a key for $120. After he left i tried to use my key in the ignition and it would not go in. i called him back to my house to assess the key and the ignition. He was unable to use the new key either. i then watched him take apart the dash /cylinder / covering under the wheel. He struggled and it was getting late so i offered to have him complete the job early the next day. He agreed and promised to meet me early back at my car. tge jext day he did not show and i was called to work in waxahatche. i was forced to lyft to work and back and this cost me $94. He called me at 7pm and told me that he had fixed the cylinder he broke but was unable to put my dash back together. He told me it was not his fault snd he he said i could drive the car just fine after i got the key in by laying on my back on the floor and reaching under the dash to find the cylinder. He told me i would be responsible for the job of reconstructing my dash. the dash he took apart. Never use this company. and don't believe the lies that they tell you. read more
