Instead of helping me, I was told to come back the next day because I had "too many packages" and the staff didn't want to process them. The issue wasn't that I arrived after closing--it was that the employees simply didn't want to do the work before closing time. If a business advertises that it is open until 5:00 PM, customers should be able to receive service until 5:00 PM. I spoke with the manager, Maria, and was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and willingness to assist. Turning away paying customers who arrive before closing because the transaction is inconvenient is poor customer service and reflects badly on this location. I understand everyone wants to leave on time, but refusing service during posted business hours is unacceptable. I hope USPS management addresses this issue so other customers don't experience the same treatment.

Got my RAV4 wrapped here. They told me it would last 3 years, but I had problems almost…read moreimmediately. First off, I take very good care of my car, so this wasn't from neglect. When I got the vehicle back, I noticed the wrap job was sloppy. Parts of the wrap were already lifting as I drove home. They also broke my AWD emblems on the rear doors and never told me. Luckily, I'm very thorough when looking over my car and caught it myself. Natasha acted weird when I asked about getting them replaced, but they eventually ordered new ones. The problem was I had to come back on a separate day just to get them installed. That should have been taken care of from the start. It's ridiculous that I even had to ask. After only 3 weeks, the wrap started peeling, so I had to bring it back to be fixed. Then after 7 months, it started discoloring and peeling again. I followed the cleaning routine they gave me exactly, so there was no reason for the wrap to fail like that. At that point, I was completely fed up and decided to have the wrap removed about a year after it was installed. Their solution to all of this was offering me $200 off the removal. Before that, Natasha kept giving me the runaround, blaming the wrap manufacturer, and either ignoring or "forgetting" to reply to messages. I had to keep reaching out multiple times just to get updates. When they removed the wrap, my car was covered in sticky residue and fuzz. They left scraps of wrap all over the vehicle, including behind the mirrors. To make matters worse, they damaged the left side of my bumper during the removal process and took paint off my front passenger door handle. To top it all off, after the wrap was removed, I had the exact same issue with the AWD emblems as I did when the wrap was first installed. The emblems were missing again. Natasha initially tried to act like they were never there in the first place. After I kept pressing the issue, she finally agreed to order replacements. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard a single update from her. In the end, I spent $3,600 for a wrap that failed, damaged my vehicle, and came with some of the worst customer service I've dealt with. Complete waste of money, I deserve to be refunded for this!!

We have a pano sunroof which initially I wanted tinted and they explained how it would not be advised if we didn't use it. That could have been a huge up-sale. So happy to have used faith on our new Camry. It is so good to have honest local shops in Temecula. This place is a must use for your tint needs. This is our shop for all of our cars. Will be coming back to have our other vehicle tinted.
