February 11 2026 I have visited multiple Staples locations in Inland, I visited this Temecula location twice , but none compare to the exceptional experience I had with Jaclyne in Staples in the printing area. I must admit that technology can be challenging for some individuals, and it's clear that not everyone is suited for computer-based tasks. Everywhere else I've been, Staples employees at either location seemed put off by requests for assistance, but Jaclyne was a breath of fresh air. She didn't hesitate to provide help, going above and beyond to ensure everything was done to perfection. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for customers are outstanding. I love this staples! The place where they take all my Amazon returns! The workers doing the returns are so nice and a pleasure to talk to. This store is very neat and clean. Its not very busy at all. Although, I've never seen a staples busy. I've been here to make copies, and fax and print things from my email. Its pretty cheap. ​Do not use this location for your Amazon drop-offs. I came in on my day off to return a green bag (which I had already carefully packed) and an office chair. The manager, Kenneth, made the entire process incredibly difficult and uncomfortable. ​Instead of just processing the return, he erratically tore open my sealed box for the bag, only to awkwardly repack it while acting very strange. He then flat-out refused to accept my office chair because it was assembled. He was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly, the interaction felt discriminatory and targeted. ​I ended up having to contact Amazon support directly. They were appalled by the store's refusal, bypassed Staples entirely, and immediately issued my refunds ($53.86 and $43.09) without requiring me to deal with this location ever again. Thursday, 2-06-2025: This is long overdue! I've been here several times for various reasons but most recently was for an Amazon return. I never thought to check in because I'm usually in and out pretty quickly. The location is convenient as it's only about 10-15 minutes from my home depending on the traffic. Parking is plentiful & happy they have handicapped parking available. The store is always bright, tidy, and organized. This visit I approached the shipping services section & there was one person ahead of me at the counter. The associate acknowledged me and said he'd be with me in a moment. Shortly thereafter, another associate appeared at the counter & helped me with my Amazon return. The other associate thanked me for my patience as he was still helping the previous customer. The associate who helped me was very nice & courteous. Amazon return complete! I've never had a bad experience here. The staff are always very friendly, professional, & helpful. I recently had an unpleasant experience at this store, and I felt compelled to share it. While returning an item, the manager made comments out loud about customers returning items that didn't match the box serial number. It felt accusatory and unprofessional, as if I was being called out in front of others. This type of behavior not only reflects poorly on the manager but also creates a hostile environment for customers. The item obviously matched the serial number on the box. Absolute horrendous customer service at their printing center. No one seems to know what they're doing. When they are at "their wits end" they hand you off. Especially Carlos, the print supervisor. He was an absolute jerk, had 0 customer service skills. His associate messed up my print and they refused to fix it without an extra charge! He said I didn't get charge for print..... pretty sure that's an employee integrity issue, not a customer issue. Corporate was called and I hope the rectify the issue. read more

Before I begin, let me just reveal that I worked in the Print & Marketing department at two Staples locations in the Orange County area from 2016 to 2019. It was my second job. It's fair to say that I know what I'm talking about. I've been a regular customer of Staples since I could remember. I regularly ship UPS packages at Staples as well. I also use Happy Returns on a regular basis. This evening, I was in the area checking out potential investment properties when I realized that I forgot to send in an old iPhone that needed to be returned to Verizon. The iPhone has been in my car all week. Instead of driving back to Irvine where I live and risk arriving to my preferred Staples location after it closes, I thought it would be better to find a location in Temecula. Although this Staples is a bit out of the way, I decided to stop by to ship my phone back. Big mistake! I went inside and waited for several minutes. There were two associates in the Print & Marketing department. One was older and working with a customer on a print order. The other was younger and working with a customer at the UPS counter. Both worked at a glacial pace, but I didn't mind because once upon a time that was me. Sometimes print orders are complicated. Shipping packages often has several steps involved. When it was my turn, I handed over my package and asked for a receipt. The associate asked me what was inside. No one has ever asked me that before. Not once. Annoyed, I informed the associate that my package had a prepaid label. The associate insisted on knowing the contents. What's more, the associate claimed that they had the right to open the package without my consent. This is what really set me off. They can refuse packages, but they can't open them up. UPS can do that, but not Staples. The older associate claimed to be a manager (actually, he's probably just a supervisor) and said that they must know what's in the packages because it was a new policy that was employed within the last month. This is interesting considering that I'm a regular Staples customer and I've never encountered this before. Apparently, this Staples is special and they operate with a different set of rules. I was incensed because I hate to be inconvenienced. And, yes, I was quite vocal about it during my visit. My first instinct was to throw the package at the younger associate and walk away, but they could open it up and steal the iPhone that was inside. Besides, I have tennis elbow right now and they probably would've called the police if I had done so. I took my package back and asked to speak with a real manager. I wanted to file a complaint with their district office since they seem to operate differently from the stores in Orange County. The manager said that their policy changed about a year ago, which contradicts what the older associate in the Print & Marketing department said. The manager also kept calling me girl. His conduct was dismissive. He was trying to be cool in his own apathetic way, which made the situation worse because he came off as both patronizing and condescending. Needless to say, this made me livid with wrath. The manager provided me with a name and an 800-number, which will be called. Of course, I will use my contacts to make sure this is the correct person. For the record, customers drop off UPS packages all the time and the associates scan them in without incident long after the customers have left. Businesses do the same thing. Normally, businesses drop off a lot of packages throughout the day because they don't want to pay for UPS to pick them up. The exception is when customers require a receipt or need to pay for other shipping services. The associate behind the counter doesn't usually notice this because they're working on something else. Staples receives a commission for each package. Again, this is something that I used to do. As was my usual custom when I was employed with Staples, I scanned every package to ensure that my store received its credit. At no point does it make sense to stop working with a customer who wants to print marketing materials on 32 lbs paper for a customer who simply wants to drop off a package with a prepaid label on the counter for later processing. Can you imagine how inefficient that is? On a side note, UPS drivers often accept packages from people who just hand them over as a courtesy. The same could be said for FedEx drivers. If it happens at a Staples or a FedEx Office, some will have the customer check the package in with the store so they get their commission. I really don't understand why this location has to be so different from all the others. Thank God I live in Irvine and I rarely come to Temecula. Maybe you should try The UPS Store if you need to ship packages. I guarantee you that they're not going to quiz you for asking them for a receipt. read more

I returned two Amazon items here. One went through fine but the other item code would not populate in my email. I was told to go outside and it would populate. So I went outside but it still didn't work. I returned to the store, stood in line again and was told they could not help me. I went back to my car and got the code resent to me and returned inside the store where I waited in line for 15 min. I was the only person there returning an item. There were other customers getting printing jobs done and more walked in while I was waiting. I was told they were paying customers and I wasn't so I had to wait until they were taken care of, even though I was there first and had already waited for 15 min. I complained that they came in after me but was told that there are many places to return Amazon items that I don't have to go there. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I am sure Amazon pays Staples for the service they are providing, which I told them. They lost a customer as I will NEVER buy anything in this Staples. They are rude and lack customer service skills. read more

I went to Staples to make copies that need to be trimmed and folded. We selected Staples because of an add stating 49 cent copies. After the copies were made, we were charged 79 cents each. Then we needed to use their paper cutter. They had a cheap table top slide cutter, that will only do one or two pages at a time. We started with two pages and the cut edges were not the cleanest cuts, showing frayed edges. We then went to only one page at a time, still frayed edges. Asked the clerk for a better cutter and was told that is all they have. The slide cutter would fall off each time lifting the guide to remove and insert pages. This was for twenty pages. I recommend going to FedEx Print Center on Winchester Road. Copies were cheaper and they have a full size table paper cutter which can cut at least four pages at a time and with super smooth cut edges. And helpful clerks. read more

Instead of putting a rush on it, David said, 'That won't happen' - He was actually going to make me wait until 8:30p to actually deliver a product that was already 24 hours late! Ken, apparently the manger, instead of apologizing for THEIR mistake took an annoyed tone after I asked to put a rush on the order (6:51p the next day) and instead offered to cancel my order. No sense of customer service for having wasted my time plus now another hour of wasted time! Fix your website offering same day services or fix the store! Life was good until I encountered Carlos C. at Staples. I walked in to pick up my assembled gaming chair. Unfortunately, Carlos C. was the only employee available to lift the chair to my truck. I was also purchasing another item, waiting in line when Carlos opened a register to help the customer in front of me. He immediately left the register when I walked up to the counter, telling me to wait for David to check me out (he was waiting on other customers) Carlos C. told me to pull my truck up next to the curb (in the middle of a thru lane) I told him I was parked in handicap, as close as I could get. I specifically told Carlos NOT to load the chair into my truck without me there. While waiting in line to purchase my item, (because Carlos wouldn't check me out) Carlos C. picked up my chair, and began walking out of the store with it, loading it UPRIGHT into my truck. Yes, he loaded the chair wheels dragging on my tailgate without my knowledge or permission. I was yelling from the line I was in and David, the Employee at the register, was yelling in his microphone system, for Carlos C. to STOP and NOT load the chair into my truck without me there. Carlos C. ignored myself and David, and left the Chair Upright with the wheels rolling around on my tailgate, and walked back into the store and began checking out other customers, not even addressing the situation. I asked for Patrick the manager, but he was "out to lunch". I have purchased multiple chairs, and items from this store, and have never experienced bad service/ bad attitude/dismissive behavior until today. Absolutely Unacceptable! read more

I've been coming here for four years now. They usually have whatever office needs you may have. They do special print jobs and can assist you creating your print design. We bring our empty ink cartridges back to them and accrue credit. Just recently I had an eight dollar credit so I used it to buy a ream of paper.....no out of pocket! I like that.... My husband and I went into FedEx a few days ago to have a memorial booklet for my mother printed.  I stood in line for a few minutes, which was fine, then another employee started talking to me from across the store asking what I wanted done.  Her name was Crystal and she told me I'd have to print it myself on their in-store machine.  It was a complicated project and I said I just wanted to show it to the staff and have them print it. She looked at my thumb drive and said, "Oh, no, we can't  print these.  They have to be PDFs and our computer won't even open them."  She went on to say it was only her and one other person in the store and they couldn't help me. Her attitude was extremely condescending and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.   My husband and I decided to drive over to Staples and our experience there was the complete opposite. The manager of the print department took the thumb drive and converted the documents easily, having us come behind the counter to get the documents in the correct order, then offering us suggestions on the best way to proceed with the project.  The booklet came out beautifully, thanks to Ken at Staples on Temecula Parkway. Forget FedEx --- just head to Staples --- you'll be happy you did. read more

Ordered. then canceled within a few hours and they still delivered the frickin item and now I'm responsible to return it? Disabled and certainly cannot lift an awkward 75lb office chair box.
