They also have beautiful garden seating. I ordered Turkish coffee, fresh grapefruit juice, Gurmanski dorucak, mini burek with spinach and cheese, and fruit cake. I love Turkish coffee and this was very good. The juice was tart and delicious. The breakfast platter was a showstopper. Two fried eggs, tomato, feta, two meat patties, and homemade bread. The flavors of the meat blew my mind. Who knew that Croatians make the most delicious burgers. This is a hearty and fantastic dish. Also, the burek was flaky and light and not very mini. I took home the cake and enjoyed it later. Light, delicate and not overly sweet, this was a star. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you should stop in for any meal. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for and you get a lot of bang for your buck. I can't wait to r

Seating is first-come, first-served, and guests are placed based on availability, which keeps things fair and efficient even during busy times. The tables for two are intimate and cozy, perfect for conversation, though they can become a bit tight when ordering several dishes at once. That said, the staff was attentive and checked in often enough to clear plates and make room, which made the experience much more comfortable. The dessert menu is separate, allowing guests to enjoy their meal at an unhurried pace before deciding on something sweet. Their beverage offerings are thoughtfully presented. Herbal tea options include green tea, chamomile, and English tea (Stash), and the tea is served in a container that provides two full servings. The cappuccino is well made and served with a sugar crystal stick, adding a distinct old-world charm that enhances the café's European feel. I regret not asking for an additional order of Turkish coffee so that's a regret . What we ordered: * Greek Salad - $18.50 * Cappuccino - $6.80 * Herbal Tea - $6.00 * Uštipci - $17.25 * Musaka - $22.95 * Šnicla (Cutlet Sandwich) - $20.75 * 2 Diet Cokes - $8.00 The musaka is a baked dish and does take about 25 minutes to prepare, as it's made fresh with baked eggs, seasoned beef, and sliced potatoes layered on top. The wait is well worth it, resulting in a hearty, comforting dish that tastes authentically homemade. The Šnicla (cutlet sandwich) arrived beautifully presented on a wooden board, adding a rustic, elevated touch that matched the restaurant's aesthetic. Mom felt it lacked in seasoning but she Didnt leave any crumbs . The Uštipci were a standout--served with feta and honey, generously portioned, and so plentiful that we happily took some home. We were too full for dessert this time, but it's absolutely on the list for a return visit. Due to winter weather, we couldn't explore the back of the restaurant, but even from the main dining area, the decor is undeniably charming and full of character. Overall, Cafe Bubamara offers authentic flavors, generous portions, attentive service, and a cozy, old-world atmosphere that makes it a place worth revisiting.

We are especially crazy about the bread! The falafel was very good -- and I'm definitely a falafel snob. The lunch special is also a great value, although the salad that came with it was disappointingly tiny. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant.

We immediately placed the order for the lamb makluba, knowing that it would take about 45 minutes to prepare. We also ordered the tabouleh, Za'atar & Cheese, the Olive Bistro Spread, and mixed grill for 4. The Za'atar & Cheese was like a pizza, minus tomato sauce. The Olive Bistro Spread came with hummus, baba ghanouj, labneh, muhammara, two cheese rolls, and two fried kibbeh, accompanied by warm pita bread. It was a lot of food, my favorite dip was the labneh. Mix Grill for 4 came with six kofta kebabs, two shish kebabs, and four chicken kebabs, served alongside tender beef shawarma, grilled vegetables, house rice, and warm spicy bread. It was a lot of food. Some meats were overcooked though, and I prefer other mixed grills I've gotten at other Arabic restaurants. My favorite item was the lamb makluba, which had a seasoned rice with extremely tender bone in lamb chunks. I'd get just the makluba and maybe an appetizer next time so I'd have way less leftovers.

If you're a fan of The Sopranos, visiting Holsten's Ice Cream, Chocolate & Restaurant is a must! This iconic New Jersey landmark is where HBO filmed the unforgettable final scene of The Sopranos, making it a bucket-list destination for fans of the series. The famous booth and nostalgic atmosphere instantly transport you back to that legendary ending that still has people debating what happened to Tony Soprano. While we think we know he was whacked was Meadow the only survivor? Beyond the television history, Holsten's is a wonderful no frills old-fashioned diner with delicious food, homemade ice cream, homemade chocolate and friendly service. I ordered the cheeseburger with the onion rings. My Cheeseburger was juicy, flavorful, well seasoned and perfectly cooked medium well. The onion rings were made of thick cut sweet onions also perfectly cooked in a well seasoned light batter. A must try! The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and full of charm. Whether you're stopping by for a meal, dessert, or simply to experience a piece of television history, it's well worth the visit. Don't forget to order the onion rings and the Orange Fizz they're famous for a reason! Service was friendly. We tried three of the sodas and they were pretty good. I had the dirty Dr Pepper and it was a change of pace from regular soda. My daughters enjoyed there selections as well. The food we saw looked pretty good so next time we might stop back and try that. Nice local business to give a try in Bloomfield.

The space itself absolutely lives up to the hype. It looks just like the pictures and videos online. Beautifully decorated, trendy, and very inviting. The staff was also friendly, which made for a pleasant experience overall. Unfortunately, the food didn't taste as good as it looked. I ordered the buttermilk cast iron pancake with berries, turkey sausage, and scrambled eggs on the side. The pancake itself was disappointing. It tasted more like cornbread, and not the slightly sweet kind like Jiffy, but more savory and noticeably salty. It was also pretty dry. The mascarpone cream and berries helped balance things out a bit, but I'm not sure if too much lemon or salt was added because my pancake leaned heavily on the salty side. I also tried the "All Night Long" drink, which I actually really enjoyed. It was strong and well-made, and I'd definitely recommend it. Overall, while the ambiance and drinks were highlights, the food didn't quite meet expectations. I can't say I'd rush back, but if I did, I'd be curious to try one of their dirty sodas instead.
