And the cakes are always delicious. This most recent one was a strawberry lemonade flavor and another was Neapolitan which I got compliments on both, even though I've only done the decorating. After asking reasonable questions about the quote, I was informed out of nowhere that they could no longer take my order because they were "fully booked" despite previously discussing pickup dates, flavors, fillings, design details, and even speaking on the phone about the cake. What bothered me most wasn't the price. Businesses can charge whatever they feel their work is worth. The issue was the lack of transparency, the inconsistent explanations, and the way a returning customer was treated for simply asking questions. If you're considering ordering from here, DONT!
