The margherita pie would have been excellent, but it was downgraded because of lousy, not-quite-ripe tomatoes. The crust was the weakest part of both pizzas. While it was extremely thin, it was tasteless and the outer crust had the texture of a soft breadstick without any of the crustiness. There was a slight char on the bottom, but again, no crustiness. And, together, both pizzas came to almost $45.00 with tax. Not bad pizza, and maybe even really good pizza for Cooper Texas, but it's really just average pizza.
