When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. There was no communication or text/email updates on arrival at 12:45 PM, so I called the corporate number 800-552-5997 and it went to voicemail. They called me back a few minutes later and confirmed the cleaning team was still on their way. They finally arrived at 1:30 PM and apologized with the reason being, "Corporate double booked us." That was annoying because when I doubled checked with the phone agent about availability on Memorial Day, he boasted "Yes, we have 20 cleaning teams operating in your area" OK but they couldn't send 1 team on time? Anyway, the cleaners worked very hard and everything was spotless at the end of the day. I would be willing to give InstaMaids another chance.

I received my first of two sessions on 11/4! The gift consisted of one cleaner to stay for two hours. So it's very much a limited time but as a gift, this was a true blessing.
