So wonderful! Accommodated me on short notice and flexible when I had to delay by an hour on the day of the cleaning. Easy to work with, friendly. I had a huge move! 13 years in the same place, I removed all furniture that day on a Saturday, and they were there Saturday evening (while I ate dinner out - so unfair) and they cleaned it up in less than 3 hours, sticking to original quote. UPDATE: AFTER Juana read my Yelp review she became upset, called me several times and showed up unannounced at my home . (scary) My husband answered her through the Ring (speaker and camera). She was raising her voice at him and demanding that he answer the door. At that point he told her to please leave and she did return the missing items to our porch(several weeks after they were stolen) . My husband had to repeatedly tell her to leave our property. read more

Juana arrived on time and was prepared to clean a two bedroom apartment which was vacant. She had all supplies and equipment needed with her, including a step ladder. She communicated clearly with me during her work and provided me with a time estimated needed to complete the job. Cleaning was completed thoroughly and we were very pleased. She cleaned the kitchen cabinets, mopped the floors, cleaned the bathroom, dusted the ceiling fans, window sills, and vacuumed. I will all her again for future jobs. read more

She was cleaning after our move out, and was able to get into the apartment based on my instructions, did a full clean, sent my pictures of all the areas and accepted venmo as payment. Found Martin's House Cleaning through yelp and used it for a move-out clean. Juana and her crew were punctuate on the scheduled date even I was 5 min late. They are really friendly and nice people. They did a pretty thorough cleaning of the place (2br, 1ba apartment) especially the stove which was fairly dirty and sticky. However, the hood above the stove wasn't cleaned. They wiped it with paper towels casually after I notified Juana about the issue. Eventually, my landlord deduct part of my deposit for this specific problem, but everything else is good. Will give her 5 star if they could get the hood cleaned thoroughly when told. read more

Juana and her colleague have come to my newly remodeled house for the move-in cleaning. They were very serious about punctuality - they checked in with a call confirmation that morning and actually came in half hour earlier. Juana is good communicator and their amazing price can't be beat as I asked for about 10 different cleaners in the area. However, I wished their cleaning work was as good as the other aspects. They spent about 3 hours nonstop working in my house, but the result is not very satisfactory. I found several places with dusts (seemed they haven't touched those places at all), especially the three vanity cabinets that I have explicitly expressed that they would need to clean inside. The window shades also have dusts here and there at the corner even if she cleaned it. She also forgot to clean the cabinets in the laundry room. After I pointed out the places still have dusts, Juana cleaned them one by one. After they left, I can find several places not cleaned at all, such as the door handle. I can't say the cleaning is up to my expectation, but since the price is good and they spend 3 full hours working, I think I should give them a tip to thank for their hard work. Hopefully they can be more careful and pay attention to details next time no matter it is a move-in or a move-out cleaning. read more

Juana has been cleaning our home monthly for about six months. She does a very good job, is always on time, works very hard, and is very pleasant. She brings her own supplies. In the limited time she is here she gets a great deal of cleaning done and does a great job prioritizing.
