Service requested was absolutely incredible. My first visit was a walk in and Arlene took care of me and my hair. Her recommendations lent comfort to her abilities to take care of me. I like the team work to lend and take suggestions from each other (hair stylists) which placed importance on their work for each customer. The environment is clean, spacious and moderately quiet. Enough parking can be found out front on the street. There are plenty of available hair stylists/beauticians to schedule customers as is to see walk ins. Returned for a touch up to tone my medium length hair. The price for hair cuts, styles, and dyes are decent ($$$). read more

I had such a good experience with Andrea. She's honestly one of the sweetest people ever and made me feel comfortable right away. She's really gentle with your hair--like you can tell she actually cares and isn't just rushing through it. Her hands are super light, which I appreciated a lot. I got layers with face-framing pieces, and I'm actually obsessed with how they turned out. They look so soft and wispy, and they frame my face really nicely without feeling heavy or too much. It just looks natural but still put together. I would definitely recommend her if you want someone who listens, takes their time, and makes sure you leave feeling good about your hair. I have not gotten my hair done in over a year from a bad cut that received from another stylist (not this salon) but considering how spontaneous this cut was, Andrea spoke and broke down everything for me. I called in to ask for a same day appointment for a wash and style and they were able to accommodate me. I'm completely blanking on the name of the young lady who did my hair but she did an amazing job! I will definitely be going back. read more

Normally, I don't write reviews, but this experience was so horrible I had to. I came in for a perm today as a new client, and it was an absolute nightmare. The stylist gave me a short consult about my hair history I was very transparent, told her I had bleached my hair about a year and/or half ago, and even showed her the semi-permanent pigment shampoo I was using. She had me sign a waiver stating any damages wouldn't be their responsibility, but the only explanation she gave was "because you have previous bleach underneath." During the appointment, she NEVER once mentioned my hair was being fried or that there was damage happening. Only after washing did she finally acknowledge that my hair was completely destroyed brittle, fried, and literally breaking off. When I asked about the damage, she casually admitted more of my hair was ruined than expected and brushed it off with, "we can cut it, that's probably where you had bleach." As a hairstylist, it is their responsibility to give expert advice and look out for the health of their client's hair. Had I been told upfront that my hair was at risk of being completely fried off, I NEVER would have gone through with this service. Instead, I walked out with my hair ruined, my confidence crushed, and no real accountability from the salon. Do NOT come here. These people do not care about the integrity of your hair or giving you honest, professional guidance. Worst salon experience I've ever had. read more

I had a message back from them this morning by 7 AM asking me what time I would like to book for I asked for 10 they were able to accommodate. The stylist that cut my hair is wonderful. She told me what I could use on my hair and she wasn't pushy trying to sell me anything and she did a fabulous job cutting and styling my hair.
