Dr. Onofrey is at first an incredible eyelid surgeon but also her warmth super friendly manor makes you feel comfortable even when you are about o have your eyelid operated on. She also takes the time to walk you through everything that is going to happen in a way that a non-doctor type, like myself, can understand. One of the many amazing examples of how she is a great doctor is I was leaving for a trip and my stye was getting bigger and I did not want to go out of town with this big thing on my eyelid. I noticed an issue with my eye yesterday afternoon and called this morning around 8:15AM. I left a…read morevoicemail stating my name, date of birth and call back number. Within minutes I received a return call, see the pic I posted showing the inbound call, and they were able to schedule me with Dr. Rifkin at 10:55AM today. I arrived twenty minutes early and was called to go in for their standard pre-exam within a few minutes. They test one's vision and eye pressure every time one comes to the office. This is also the time when you tell the person why you're there for the visit. I was then seated in a separate waiting area and called in to see Dr. Rifkin around 11:20AM and left by 11:45AM. I've been a patient here for a few years and think Dr. Rifkin is great, along with the support staff.
