When we hired Trevor,…read morehe assured us that he would cover everything when cutting a high top bar to counter height and removing the back splash Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It took him about two weeks to patch up the wall due to a lack of manpower, and he didn't do a very good job. We now have to hire someone to come and correct it. The downside is that since he didn't cover anything, he scratched my stove. I informed him via text, but he didn't reply. That was very disappointing on that front. Now I have to buy a top for my stove. However, besides everything else, Trevor did a good job in certain things. But he lacked in others.

The woman who answered the phone asked several questions and asked me to send her more information which I promptly sent. I never heard back from her. I reached out once again via email and she didn't respond to that email either. Perhaps the job wasn't worth their time, perhaps they weren't going to make enough money off of it, but there is such a thing as common courtesy. A simple response to my email saying they can't help me would have taken seconds and would not have left me with a bad impression of this company.
