Originally, they were very responsive (hence 2 stars instead of 1 star). When I left work and checked my phone, I had multiple missed calls and text messages from them. I texted back the next morning. This is where it became like pulling teeth to make an appointment. No arranging an appointment. They simply said they'd "stop by" the next day. Unfortunately, I have a job so I can't sit home all day. I went to work, came home, and checked my cameras -- They never showed up. I called and left more voicemails. I even tried messaging them thru Yelp. Around 2 weeks later, they texted and said they'd "stop by" tomorrow and look at the job. I sat home waiting. Once again, nobody came. I tried calling. Great customer service is truly caring about your customers. We ordered a woodstove and pipes for…read morethe chimney. I was working with a sales person. She gave us a lead time for the pipe install. That day came and went, but no one called to say they would be late by over two months. We had to call them. Then we were told the stove & piping would come together and be installed together...again the pipe guy came out without the stove. He installed the pipe and it was over twice the cost we were told it might be ($2900 more), but he did do a great job. When we called about when the stove will arrive they didn't know and said they would call us back. Days came and went... Finally our sales lady called us back and said it might be in a few months. When we complained that no one let us know and why no one told us? she said other people are much more understanding and we were basically bad and not nice customers! Then she laughed at our house situation.. so the pipe guy must have told talked to her behind our backs! She cared little that we really needed the stove for heat and we are now at the end of December...SO If you don't care about Honesty, Integrity, or when your stove will arrive or how much it will really cost- then this place it for you. But if your interested in a sales team that really cares about you then I would go elsewhere. It's not about the break in the supply chain...it's about a break in the sales team that should be communicating with their customers. When your spending over 10K for a product then the sales team needs to really up their game and get proper sales training.. not snub & belittle their customers.
