He is meticulous about getting things done to a high standard, and will never offer to simply slap together a quick fix. So far Jousef has helped us rehab an unpermitted ADU (originally built without a foundation or proper wiring), rehab an unpermitted cliff-side garage (also built without permits and lacking a proper foundation or a steep hillside) and correct foundation issues with a concrete deck.

They gate and lock they installed began to FAIL less than a week following construction. They also cut a jinky cut-out for it to fit into. I had to pay $5,000 to get a steel reinforced new gate installed. Nobody seemed to care if my property was secure or not! I have a pool and worried about the gate being left open!! After completion, my nephew, who is working for his Eagle Scout asked if they could donate lumber for a small fence in Mission Trails. Tommy had another guy return his call, but didn't bother to inform him what the call was about. My nephew was summarily dismissed with a "we don't do that." I spend over $25,000 on a fence and you guys can't/won't give the Boy Scouts a few pieces of wood?!! Cheap jerks! They left a very bad taste in my mouth!!!!!
