However, Robin in sales and Maggie at the front desk reception would make anyone not want to return. I called in advance to make sure what's coverages I had with my insurance, was told certain things were covered but then was charged for them at checkout. Check with your insurance what they cover before going in as they will lie to tack on my service fees to your visit. The customer service is really terrible as the ladies were rolling their eyes and scoffing at me when I explained I was told the previous time I had paid the balance on my contacts and they made me pay it again. Very poor communication and customer service. Easily the worst and rudest I've received from any eye doctor in my 15 years of wearing glasses

Initially brought my daughter there for a new pair of glasses. After she decided on her pair we sat…read moredown with an associate to determine her bi focal width and we basically told the associate that we wanted it to be placed at the same width as her glasses she had on. For some reason the associate didn't think that line was appropriate ( it s been that way for almost 10 years) and decided to adjust the line to a higher width. After about a week from receiving her glasses my daughter complained of headaches and that she was having trouble seeing clearly so we figured it was because of the bifocal width and took them back . When we took them back the associate (who I found out was the GM of the store was very defensive and rude when I tried to explain the issue and how we felt it should be corrected. She even let out a loud huff as I was talking as if we were a problem for her to assist us. The other issue I have , and it wasn't just me who felt this way was that the associate who sits at the counter greeting and assisting customers when you walk in also seemed to have an ongoing attitude and the was very unsanitary as she walked out (after asking numerous customers if they had light) and preceded to just step outside the door to smoke but the disturbing part was that when she came back in never even washed her hands or used hand sanitizer! Fast forward to today 06/27/26 1100, my two daughters and stopped by to pick up the glasses and I purposely stayed in the car. When my daughters came out with the adjusted glasses they mentioned how rude that this same lady that sits at the front counter was! I spent $255 out of pocket for glasses to be made to feel like we were a "bother" to some of the staff there. This location Probably needs a purge of some of these staff members as they have no clue of what customer service means. And where their salaries derive from. I'm also going to reach out to corporate as well

Yes you are given a print out but pre surgery and the procession of the many many eyedrops and pills My MAJOR complaint is the total disrespect the doctor had for my time and my chronic pain. I waited in the exam room for OVER an hour three times in tears due to the writhing burning pain from being in a sitting position in the waiting area (15 minutes prior my appointment time) and then more than one hour in the hard exam chair. I expressed to Dr. Young while in tears from pain the second time he did this and sorry doesn't always make it right. Had I come an hour late I wouldn't have been seen. I have no medical degree but I have respect for other and their time. The receptionist know when they schedule the doctor overbooked and the patient will wait. He sure to milk the insurance claims with no regard or respect. After the third time I can't type what I wanted to do, He was in and out in less than five minutes. I just had cataract surgery there. The first eye (left eye) went smoothly. I sedated properly, had…read moreno problems. Then the next week I had the 2nd eye surgery (right eye). I was not sedated properly and I had a more severe experience with my right eye. Without proper sedation I was more present during my surgery. My eye received more stress and swelling. I had very elevated blood pressure after surgery. It was very high and had to be taken 4 times before I was discharged. During the surgery I had to deal with the bright light which the first surgery was not an Issue because I was sedated properly. The surgeon had to give me a number of instructions, look up , look up more, etc. The thing that disturbed me during surgery was the surgeon talking about the illegal drugs that he was going to buy for his weekend fun?? AVOID THIS PLACE! Do not get your glasses here. Very unprofessional service. First, they have weird…read morehours. And closed on weekends. I bought two kids glasses, and they close at 5:30 and all weekends. Also, after waiting 3 weeks for a sports goggles, I checked on it, and they lost the goggles enroute to the lab, and I had to be there, just for them to check. I could have been waiting forever if I did not check on it. Lastly, there posted hours are 8:45-5:30, but when I got there at 1:45 pm, they posted a sign on the door, saying "Closed for Lunch 1-2pm. WHAT? What a bunch of croc. Please avoid these stupid place at all cost, and go to Wal-Mart or somewhere else instead.

He spent more time and had the patience of Job with me as we went from prescription to prescription.
