They took my call right away, said they understood my urgency and would see if they could get someone to me quickly. It turned out they were able to do so! The fellas they sent worked quickly and described the issue along with giving some tips on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. By 1pm on Monday afternoon my water heater was back up and running! All told I was charged $180 and I'd do it again given the circumstances. I also appreciated that they called a few weeks or so later to make sure that the issue remained resolved! The next time I need a plumber in Cache Valley? I'm calling Lee's!

He said he's learned over 30+ years that if a leach field has problems, there will be scum rings in the access, so he watched for those, and also checked for holes in the tank by looking over the floor for dirt having fallen in. Clynn advised that a plumber could easily fix the one hole in our tank with patching cement, or we could do it ourselves (and gave instructions). He offered valuable plumbing counsel about changes we were making to our drain and septic lines. A competitor recommended we put in an entire new tank and leach field in our situation. (They offer tanks and leach field installations through a partner.) It would have cost $6,000-$10,000, and required extensive yard renovation. When we asked the county health department that oversees septic systems about our needs, they said our situation should actually not require major work. We added a significant tip onto Clynn's fee, and wanted to also pass along a hearty recommendation!!

Not only was he reasonably priced, but he added components (water pressure regulator and a pressure bladder on the water heater) to ensure that the replacement would last a long time. He explained to me how to relieve the water heater bladder pressure once or twice a year and what to do if I had any issues with the pressure regulator. He is TOP NOTCH ethical, kind, professional and affordable. One of a kind. He was over $1,000 less (and in some cases over $2,000 less) than his competitors. Suddenly a very stressful situation was much less stressful. I will be hiring him for future plumbing projects, to be sure. He is my go to plumber. Remember, there are other Rentmeisters in the area. The second experience was just as professional and friendly as the first. The technician arrived within the timeframe given, called beforehand to ensure he had the right equipment to complete the job, and fixed the problem. The call was after hours on a Sunday. The price was fair and the job well done. I'd recommend these guys to anyone, it's nice to have an honest, hard working local company to rely on.
