This is not an uninformed rant. Please stay away from this dealership. Both their sales team and…read moretheir service department are either extremely negligent or are the epitome of shysters. I purchased a 2018 Ford F150, September 2025. It has been an all-around bad experience with the dealership. There are too many things that have been handled inappropriately to list them all. Below are a few. 1. During the test drive, the vehicle was pulling slightly. I informed the salesman that I could feel it pulling and advised that I would like to have an alignment if I purchased a vehicle. He said that would not be a problem. 2. After starting the paperwork to purchase a vehicle, The sales manager came out to inform me that the sunroof did not work properly. I asked if that could be fixed as part of the sales agreement. He said it was too time-consuming and too costly For them to handle that as part of the purchase agreement. However, he offered A discount on a one year warranty that could cover it after I had owned the vehicle for 30 days. I eventually ordered the parts off of eBay for $20 And installed it myself in less than an hour. It was neither time to consuming nor costly. 3. I took the truck in for its alignment a few days after purchasing it, It took them hours. When they finally brought the vehicle out, I didn't make it even a mile down the road, and it was pulling hard to the left. When I took it in, it was only slightly pulling. I turned around and went straight back. The service manager saw that the steering wheel was now sitting pointed to the side, and the wheels were pointed straight. The tech that worked in my vehicle came out and said "oh it's because he needs new control arms". That's maybe something that should've been mentioned while they were in the middle of trying to align it and not just give it back to me for me to discover. 4. They scheduled me for a week or so later to have the control arms replaced. They told me it would be two hours which I knew was a line of crock. Regardless, I took it to them on a Saturday morning several hours later they informed me that it was going to be a multi day fix. I think it was three days, two new control, arms, and one new tie rod end later and it was allegedly fixed. Fast forward to the present December 2025, I have started hearing a clunking noise and feeling vibrations in my front end. Having a history of working in a shop myself and being an amateur at home Mechanic, I do an inspection on my vehicle. I discovered that the plate that holds the coil springs on the driver side is extremely loose. The nuts that tighten it down on the top were more than a half inch off of the plate, not even finger tight. I fixed that, but the noise still persisted. So I checked the nuts on the Passenger side and they weren't as loose, but they were also extremely loose. I tightened those and it was atill making the noise. Come to find out, The passenger side control arm that they replaced was also less than finger tight. The one on the driver side was tighter, but was still way too loose. I ended up tightening every nut and bolt that they would have touched to replace those parts. Now my truck seems to be OK. In summary, They are either extremely negligent, or they intentionally sabotaged my truck, which could have resulted in mine or my family's death. I have messaged the service manager that gave me his "personal cell" And have had no response. They used a very minor issue with my sunroof to sell me a warranty, and then seemingly rigged my truck to have to go back for additional service. This dealership is crooked and at the least, extremely negligent. Please do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

Who would ever think to give something with a car dealer reputation five stars?!?!*…read moreMy lease was up on my Audi, and I had to choose another vehicle. We live in Memphis, and there weren't any year/model that I wanted here. Using Edmunds.com and Trucar.com I was led to a good match at Crain Kia of Conway. Sales rep Jay Bittle responded the same day to my email for information on the car I wanted. We emailed back and forth all week, and he convinced us to make the 2.5 hour drive in from Memphis on a Monday. The price was good, according to TruCar, but they knocked off about $150 for me after some goading. Jay was just so pleasant to be around, talked about church, and his wife, and had a #1 Dad mug on his desk... just pretty perfect without being cocky. We went back to the finance guy to pay, and he was also just delightful as all get out! The following day, Mr. Bittle emailed again to see if everything was alright with the car. I am still waiting on the sales papers almost 3 weeks later, but I know they'll come soon. *The only drawbacks were that the car wasn't totally clean when I test drove it, and when they "filled it up" for my drive home, they only put 3/4 of a tank of gas in the car. That 1/4 tank may have cost them my opinion! *make note, sales managers*

Told us that we had a done deal before the we agreed upon the numbers and we were under the impression that they accepted our offer. Have yet to receive any paperwork on the extra stuff we purchased. They only thing that they have held up on their end is take our money and get us a new key other than that ZERO.

Apparently, a basic Dodge Journey was the only vehicle we could get. We couldn't get any other vehicle on any of the car lots... our other car had broke down so we were desperate for a vehicle. I have 3 kids so I couldn't go without a vehicle. I didn't care for the dodge journey, but I went ahead and got it and told them we would come trade it in for something better later. Got in the car to drive off and the heater was blowing cold. So the GM -Rob Green- said oh it needs water.. ok no big deal. Turns out the heater only blew hot on the driver side. The rear heat and air didn't work at all and the heat blew cold on the passenger side up front. The driver seat was broke so you couldn't move it up or back to your comfort. You had to drive the vehicle as the seat was. I am short so it was a challenge driving this car. The struts were bad and the window wouldn't roll up. They said they could fix all of that. My husband even asked Rob to order the parts and he'd fix it himself. He said he would but we never got any of the parts! Rob is all cool when he is selling you a vehicle but afterwards it's a hassle trying to get ahold of him. We bought this ride in September and to this day July 16th I have not received a call back from Rob. I call every week and leave a message and still no call. We didn't pay the payment when it was due and they call everyday, come to the house, and text and still couldn't get Rob to answer or call us back. It's been a complete nightmare! They came and repoed it today -July 16th- and once again I called the store and left a message for Rob early this afternoon and I still haven't gotten a call back. It's impossible to get anything fixed or talk to the GM and that's crappy customer service! I will never buy another vehicle from Car Mart because of this man here. I had to go buy a NEW ride so I could take my son to have surgery since I couldn't drive the Dodge Journey I bought from Car Mart! It's been sitting in my driveway for weeks waiting to get ahold of Rob to get it fixed. It's ridiculous and he needs to do better or get a different job!!!!

I'm told the car needs a new engine and transmission. The car has been sitting at MSA since November 2023. It is now end of June 2024. I'm still making payments on this vehicle and haven't driven it in months. I had to turn in 2 years of oil change receipts for the warranty to cover the engine replacement. My fiancé has been calling daily to check on the car, and has been jerked around, and given no definite answer (my names not on the warranty so they won't speak to me). Today he called and was told Chris, the service manager no longer works there and that Chris "kind of dropped the ball" on my vehicle. WTF! Do not buy a car here unless you want to a) replace major parts on it yourself even though you paid for a thousands of dollars warranty b)you want to pay car payments on a vehicle that you can't drive! Horrible service department experience. All I want is to drive the vehicle I pay for! Do not buy anything at this place. They will jerk you around and sell you a warranty without actually replacing things covered by the warranty. MSA- if you'd like to resolve this problem please feel free to reach out to me, fix my car, and do the right thing for your customers. Customers are the ones who keep your business open, and word of mouth in this town is major. P.S..the car's almost paid off at this point. This is what I get for having to get into a car quickly because my car broke down while I was in nursing school.
