I have a 125,000-mile extended warranty, yet I was charged and told the repair was not covered. I also brought up an oil leak and was told that wasn't covered either. What made the situation worse was the way Baron handled it. In my experience, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed very little concern about helping me understand why these issues supposedly weren't covered under the extended warranty I paid for. I don't expect every repair to automatically be covered, but I do expect a service advisor to treat customers with respect, clearly explain warranty decisions, and make an effort to help. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. After purchasing an extended warranty specifically to protect myself from expensive repairs, this experience has been very frustrating. I expected much better customer service from Everett GMC.

Have your vehicle checked by an authorized dealer." He apparently thought I had made this up because he said he had never heard of that before. I tried to let him know about the "Ford Pass" app but he seemed disinterested. All he told me is he could schedule an appointment for 11/24/2025 and they will figure it out. It took Crain Ford of Little Rock 34 days to "figure it out" the last time a Ford dealership "worked" on it. Apparently, I just experienced the "Everett Difference".
