He found a solution that eliminated all of the scratches on our floor and provided a very reasonable price quote to do a screening and cover the floor with a new layer of sealer. I was very impressed by Mike, I found him to be honest and knowledgeable. I would hire him in a heartbeat and highly recommend him!

We picked out our tile from the new Floor & Decor in Tualatin, and then went on Yelp to find an installer. Yurii and his son from Olys Construction came the same day I reached out for the quote, and both were very friendly and personable, and gave me a fair price on the spot (that was significantly less than the other bids, too!). Yurii works very cleanly and efficiently, and while sometimes there was a very small communication barrier, Yurii was able to translate his native Ukrainian to English on his phone, and everything went very smoothly! The project took three days, and we love our new kitchen backsplash! The pattern is immaculate, and makes such a great statement in our kitchen. If we ever have any future needs around our house, we'll give Olys Construction a call first!
