There's extensive water damage in each building that has been going on for years. Everyone has complained, shown proof, begged for it to be fixed. I personally had it all tested through Biostar mold testing. The news covered it due to how extremely high the mold counts are and which molds are present. Personally, my brain has had swelling and I had to be admitted into the hospital. So many people are sick. Mold kills. And this guy won't fix a thing. It smells so awful. Everything we own smells. He even refuses to give families back their deposits, even after they lose everything to mold.
