There's extensive water damage in each building that has been going on for years. Everyone has complained, shown proof, begged for it to be fixed. I personally had it all tested through Biostar mold testing. The news covered it due to how extremely high the mold counts are and which molds are present. If you go to Facebook to the page Cumbiaville Happenings or look up the Lapeer Tribune, you can read the full article there. It's awful. Personally, my brain has had swelling and I had to be admitted into the hospital. So many people are sick. Mold kills. And this guy won't fix a thing. It smells so awful. Everything we own smells. Our daughter is now on constant breathing treatments. They have the money to fix everything but choose not to. Everyone is moving out due to being deathly ill. He even refuses to give families back their deposits, even after they lose everything to mold. I wouldn't do business with this place due to the fact that they lack morals and the dollar sign and greed over rule human decency and to keep their tenants safe.

A custom door and frame were installed to replace an existing door/frame to a built-in towel cabinet plus 60" vanity. I got exactly the depth drawers I asked for (15" & 10" deep) to keep taller items in. I am planning another remodel project and will order Pioneer again. They were timely (6 weeks) in getting from date of order to receiving.

I am sorry they did not consider that before they handled our project the way they did. Hopefully they will learn from their mistakes and improve their services, not punish their dealers. When we gave our down payment to the dealer, we were told typical turnaround was 5-6 weeks. So far, the process has taken 5 months, and we've been offered no compensation. The replacement parts are done, but not installed yet, so still waiting to see. Further updates to come.... Original post with a correction on delivery date (an unintentional mistake, sorry) and a status update: It seems this company is no longer what it used to be. Pioneer claims to offer fully custom cabinets - but they made mistakes on several we ordered, essentially sending the closest standard instead. They were over a month late (correction from original report of three months) on delivery - in other words, the order took TWICE as long to get as originally committed. To make it worse, Pioneer kept reporting "on time" status until each delivery date they gave us was missed, making it impossible to schedule anything else. Requests to send at least the base boxes so we could proceed with other parts of the project were ignored. When they finally did ship, there were pieces missing. Those took several more weeks to get. The replacement parts for their mistakes took three months, with no accurate target dates offered in the interim. Pioneer required full payment before they shipped, so they had all the money before we knew if it was done right or even when we would get it, leaving us no recourse on missing pieces or corrections. There was no penalty to them for late delivery, multiple missed deliveries, or mistakes in manufacturing (other than replacing at no cost). They did not provide details as to status, and clearly reported inaccurately to the dealer about our job more than once. There is a significant premium cost for customization, but they appeared to give this the lowest priority and could be bothered even to prioritize corrections. I don't recommend this company or their product, and will not order from them again. Their prices are too high for absolutely no customer service or even consideration. I am ashamed to know this is how they represent Michigan.
