However, the experience went downhill quickly from there: * Reschedule #1: We moved the appointment to Friday at 11:00 AM. * Reschedule #2: On the day of, they requested to move the 11:00 AM slot to 2:00 PM. I agreed. * The No-Show: They failed to arrive at 2:00 PM and did not show up until 5:00 PM. This was not just a personal inconvenience; this was for an investment property with a tenant waiting. Because of this company's poor time management and lack of communication, I was forced to apologize repeatedly to my tenant for the delay. There is a fine line between a genuine emergency and simple laziness. Changing a time twice and then showing up three hours late for the second window is unacceptable in a professional setting.
