After learning about Dr. DeMars, I decided to travel to Portland (from Hawaii) because he came so highly recommended. At my initial consultation, Dr. DeMars thoroughly explained my options and discussed the elements of the surgery. He took the time to answer my many questions and never made me feel rushed. His staff provided me with written information and what to expect before, during and after the surgery. I was also shown an informative video. I never felt pressured to make my decision and left the office feeling well informed and confident in Dr. DeMars and his team. Whenever I called to ask follow-up questions, I was greeted warmly and my questions were quickly answered. Four months later, I traveled back to Portland to have the surgery. Every step of the way, I was made to feel comfortable, valued and cared for. The facility is lovely and contributed to my level of comfort. The nurses were wonderful and made sure I had everything I needed. The anesthesiologist spent a long time with me going over what would happen during the surgery, answering my questions, and making sure I was comfortable with the process. Dr. DeMars came in and again discussed what he would be doing. Before I knew it, I was out of surgery and in recovery. The nurses were very attentive, and I was surprised at how good I felt. I was also amazed that after only a week post-surgery, I was able to go out in public! There was minimal pain and discomfort, and my recovery was a breeze. The results are fantastic, and I look 15 years younger....but completely natural. My friends comment on how refreshed and relaxed I look, but aren't aware I had anything done. I couldn't be happier with Dr. DeMars and his team and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone who is considering cosmetic surgery. You won't be disappointed!

She made me feel like I'm just a dollar sign not a patient. I ended up canceling my appointment and went somewhere else because before I even stepped a foot in this office I started dealing with a bad attitude and very unprofessional treatment. The technician was friendly, let me know exactly what was happening and what to expect. She was kind and compassionate. I arrived 15 minutes early so they took me right back. Got me hooked up to the IV, the procedure was less than 10 minutes, then I was on my way. Plenty of parking right in their private lot. Easy access off I-84. I'd use this facility again.

They had ALL my information. The visit was back in March. I just got off the phone with a collection agency. There are places that do this. Apparently, their accounting department doesn't have it together enough to send a letter, email, or call when you owe a bill. You just get surprised by a collection agency. It's just completely inexcusable, and that's an understatement. I realize this day and age absolutely everything is done by a computer and programs. Well, they can blame the program, but it should be their responsibility to contact someone before just submitting a bill to a collection agency. It's not, though. You just have to trust the entity to do will give some kind of notice. Well, don't trust this place. You can't pay your bill on your way out, and you can't get notification when they get around to determining what is owed. Such a clever system. I wish there were some way to hold entities like this accountable for their carelessness and lack of professionalism far beyond a bad review. Sadly, this all I can do while trying to provide fair warning to others. This doctor Barlow was nice and is quite possibly a great ENT. However, he wasn't worth getting a call from a collection agency, that is for sure. If you don't want to hear from one, definitely don't use this place. I received no letter, email or call. I originally found Dr. Barlow after I had some allergy issues and had a negative experience elsewhere. What a night and day difference. He was very attentive and did a great job helping me. Then I met Dr Green and she helped me so much with my hearing loss, and continued that great service as I had them adjusted over the next couple of visits. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
