After calling to complain the young man told me to come back and he'd make me new ones. After taking the trip back he made me two additional masks, these were different with filters. The images looked better, so I took them home. Wore the masks for 2 minutes at the party and the cheap filters on them popped right out, rendering the mask useless. By the way, the 4 cheap and useless facemasks cost me $67. pass on this place, it sucks.

He quickly took my son's measurements and replied curtly to whatever questions we had. Fast forward a few weeks to when my son put on the tux right before prom, I noticed that the pants were huge in the waist and short in length. He is a slim 32 waist and was given a 34! For them to be so short with a larger waist he gave us the wrong length too. They looked horrible on him,but it was too late for us to go back to the store. My son was very upset and the pictures show the result. Very disappointing experience! It's a shame because just a little effort in his work would have made a huge difference.
