Our overall experience started off well in store. The woman who helped us was extremely thorough and insured that any and all questions we had or answered. We really appreciated her expertise and being able to test out/see products in person. We received our strollers in a timely fashion in accordance with the estimated time we were given. Now here's where things start to go downhill. We also ordered a crib and mattress in store on the same day. We were given up to six weeks for delivery. Since we still had four weeks before the baby was due, this was no issue. My baby is now almost 3 months old and we still have not received our mattress or crib. The only communication we get is when we ourselves reach out to the store and the answers they give us are unsatisfactory - Essentially, they can't tell us why the delay is More than what they estimated and they can't tell us when it will be delivered or where our products are. Extremely saddening as we had such a great start to our experience. Buyers beware!! Update - my husband called again today. And it gets worse... He called today and the customer service rep of this company literally YELLED AT HIM! They don't seem to care/have empathy for new parents AND PAYING CUSTOMERS. WOW!! Amazing place for your baby needs! My husband and I were on a massive search for a Doona, with only a few weeks until we meet our second baby. We wanted to be able to test it out before online purchasing. I called multiple stores and everything had been sold out. Bambi Baby had one doona left and put it on hold for us. We arrived to what we deemed "heaven", a huge showroom filled with cribs, recliners, high chairs, strollers you name it. It was immaculately clean and they immediately brought out the Doona. We got to look and test out their sample Doona on the floor and loved it. My husband even asked if we were making a smart choice and the helpful salesman assured this would be ideal and accessible for us all. Took a small road trip to visit this place because my wife loves watching the YouTube videos and we are in the market for a new stroller. Location: busy road and a bit challenging to find, but there was ample parking. This store is located in a small strip mall with a few other design type businesses. Product/displays: lots! They have a ton of cribs and dressers with all the accessories. The biggest thing is all the higher end strollers they have available with the accessories. I liked the all terrain display you can test out their products. Customer service: these guys know their stuff! The two guys in the stroller area answered all of our questions with no pressure to buy. Overall we will purchase their site and tell our friends/family. read more

Went here to look for a stroller. Woman seemed helpful until I pointed out how dangerous it was for them to have a huge SUV brought into the showroom for a car seat installation and there are no tire blocks or car guards/barriers to stop that vehicle to go straight thru the showroom, with multiple pregnant women and babies in its way. They should be ashamed of themselves to take lives so frivolously and think accidents don't happen. Will never go there again, dangerous. read more

I found out about Bambi baby store through Instagram sponsored videos and learned a lot about baby products on the market. As a result I decided to patronize the Paramus facility for the crib I wanted as well as the glider that had a lot of recommendations. Since we are in a pandemic I did most of my research online and then arrived at the store to take a look in person. I planned on having the items delivered and assembled so I needed to make sure I liked the items before ordering since they have a 50% restocking fee if I didn't like them during the time of delivery. Anyway, at the store I can see how people can get lost in the store checking out all the products and spending thousands of dollars. The sales folks were welcoming, helpful, and had a lot of floor samples. Good thing I had already narrowed down what I wanted. We were able to order socially distant and set the delivery and assembly date. Once the items arrived, they complimented the baby's room perfectly and looked very comfortable. The only concern I had was that the delivery person said they needed to leave the trash but I would not accept it due to the fact that this was not included or communicated in the contract. Very cute baby store in Paramus! My wife and I are expecting on January 3rd, so we had to do some shopping! We have passed by here many times, and this time we had a reason to go in. This is during the covid pandemic, and my review will reflect that. As soon as you walk in, there is hand sanitizer and a sign saying masks required. They have about 20 of them throughout the store. Since the place is so big, it is very easy to socially distance. Bed in the first 75% of the store, and carriages and car seats in the back 25%. They have items for every budget. All employees wear masks. My wife did her research and already knew what she wanted, she just had to go to the store and see it in person. Alan was very helpful, he welcomed us as soon as we came in, then he left us alone as we browsed. No pressure at all! We picked out a bed, a chair, a carriage, and a car seat. He showed us how it all worked. They really have a great selection! All in all, it is a beautiful store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will come back for our next kid! read more

When I inquired why a "travel" stroller couldn't be my regular everyday stroller, I was told by the CEO that I was being "selfish" by putting my own needs before my baby's. Ample parking, and a nice selection of items. Customer service could stand to be improved. Not once did anyone ask if we needed help despite moving around the entire store. Once we found someone he didn't seem super knowledgeable and said he was going to speak with Alan to get some clarification, and never returned. I then saw him sitting at a desk with other customers. I think if you know exactly what you want and are ready to pull the trigger immediately, the store is a good place to be but if you're a parent looking for some guidance in making decisions I would look elsewhere. This should be every parent-to-be's go-to place for all things baby related. My husband and I walked in there on a busy Saturday afternoon and were immediately greeted with friendly hello's. We chose to check out the stroller and car seats first. We saw the owner, Enelio who was warm, welcoming, and despite being so busy, took all the time to answer all of our questions and help up with the one on one demos and options. We then moved to furniture and dealt with Allen who was extremely knowledgeable and took his time helping up pick furniture. Can't say enough nice things about this store and the owner! I bought my stroller system and car seat from them because I wanted to go to an expert instead of trusting online mommy blogs. I recently had my baby and I've been having questions with my car seat. The owner immediately gave me his cell phone number to accommodate a time I could come in and have him look at it. Their prices are on par with all retailers and websites and you get such an added bonus by having someone always at your fingertips to give advice and do your installs. I had posted a review 4 months ago on google when I went to the store when I made my purchase and the only reason I did it because the salesman Alan told me to leave him a good review and he will give me a discount on my purchase. But it's something I regret I wait on 5 months in order to get my full set for my baby after 3 months which they said was the wait period and when I went to the store to find out what's going on they had made a mistake with my email and contact info when I got fixed then I started to contact me about everything then a few weeks later they tell me that everything will be delivered ok. But then the day before they tell me that 2 pieces are missing that I will get it in about a week or 2 no fast forward a month after that I get delivery for the remaining pieces they come deliver the remaining things and they say I don't have the white glove delivery which involves them bringing it inside my home and unpacking it (which I paid for it) they were just going to leave it on my porch outside after arguing they brought it up stairs to where they had before brought the pervious pieces with no issues but now I so happen to not have it. Horrible experience throughout these past 5 months I would stay completely away from Bambi baby no communication, common courtesy or anything and they simply don't care at all first and last time I would never buy from Bambi baby I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy!!!!!!! read more

There were two people sitting looking at their computers. We were the only two people at that store aside from another lady that was being helped.
