The store itself is cool for little kids but the woman at the register is so rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming. 3 yrs post covid and she screams at you from the register the second you walk in the door to sanitize your hands. My all time favorite place to buy birthday gifts! I called the other day and realized they were closed but the owner is fabulous and told me to come by anyway she was there and would open the door. When I got there she had allowed three other customers to come in to shop while she waited for me. Talk about great service! I bought presents for 11yr old girl and 14yrs old girl with no problem in finding stuff and I recommend to all. read more

Stephanie's Closet has all kinds of things that girls in particular love, especially the latest trends and cool toys and accessories. However I'm writing this review because of their customer service. We bought a toy last Sunday that ended up having a defect, and when we brought it back in today to return it, bracing for potential resistance or a debate, the owner didn't even ask for a receipt and simply brought out a selection of replacement models, and happily made the exchange. This is one of the many reasons we prefer to shop at small neighborhood, locally owned stores. read more

Every time I walk into this store, all I can think is WOW. This is a spectacular place to go clothing shopping at. Although it is a little pricey, the quality is fantastic.
