She reached out to one of the makers, on my behalf, about a cookie mix without chocolate, took down my phone number and immediately contacted me once hearing back from the maker. In addition to the Buddha chip cookie mix, she is also making oatmeal raisin and sugar cookie kits! Kristen stated she will contact me and leave one to the side when it arrives. I'm sold before it even makes it into the store simply because of the overall exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend a visit to support/buy local. It is very much similar to The Paper Store, but more focused on gifts and clothes. There is also a small section of greeting cards if needed. They have two fitting rooms behind the jewelry area. You will need to grab an associate to let you in. The fitting room I went into was very nicely decorated and had a nice big cushioned bench and large mirror. There were plenty of hooks to hang clothes to try on. There is plenty of room to take in a stroller for the mom's shopping with little ones. The store is spaced very well that I had no issue pushing the stroller around. The prices of the merchandise varies depending what you buy. They have a lot of the big name merch like barefoot dreams, UGG and Pura to name a few. The staff all were very nice and welcoming. They were very attentive to greet each customer and able to tidy up areas where customers shopped to keep the store looking nice. Definitely would come back again since they have some cute stuff. For the grand opening (March 29 & 30, 2025) they have free gift cards for the first 100 customers each day and also provide a breakfast treat from Grace's Marketplace. There is also a 40% off coupon online that you can stack with your purchase.

They have a ton of cribs and dressers with all the accessories. The biggest thing is all the higher end strollers they have available with the accessories. I liked the all terrain display you can test out their products. Customer service: these guys know their stuff! Now here's where things start to go downhill. We also ordered a crib and mattress in store on the same day. We were given up to six weeks for delivery. Since we still had four weeks before the baby was due, this was no issue. My baby is now almost 3 months old and we still have not received our mattress or crib. The only communication we get is when we ourselves reach out to the store and the answers they give us are unsatisfactory - Essentially, they can't tell us why the delay is More than what they estimated and they can't tell us when it will be delivered or where our products are. Extremely saddening as we had such a great start to our experience. Buyers beware!! Update - my husband called again today. And it gets worse... He called today and the customer service rep of this company literally YELLED AT HIM! They don't seem to care/have empathy for new parents AND PAYING CUSTOMERS. WOW!! With no choice one day before baptism we had to rig an outfit which is not what was paid for. She has since lied about refunding the money and has even used excuses about six family members. How someone like this isn't business is beyond me. If I didn't have personal issues preventing me from filing a lawsuit due to my time I assure you this would have already happened and it's still not off the table.
