I was incredibly nervous, but a friend had told me they had a good experience here, so I wanted to give it a try. I came here in 2019 and the woman that did my Brazilian let the wax drip all the way to the inside of my vagina. I literally had a rip/hole that took about 1.5 years to heal on it's own. When I complained about it, they did NOTHING about it. I wrote this back in March 2022. It is now near the end of Aug 2022 and was told they were going to follow up with me and call me back.
