I waited until I had been here 3 times before posting a review just to be 100% sure, and I can confidently say: I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! This was my very first time getting a Brazilian wax, so naturally, I felt uncomfortable, insecure, and super vulnerable having to expose myself down there. But Fabiola made the whole experience so much better. She reassured me that there was absolutely no judgment and nothing to feel embarrassed or ashamed about, which immediately helped me feel more comfortable. I'm not going to lie, it definitely hurt the first time, but it was bearable because she talked me through everything and kept me distracted from the pain. And she was right, it really does get easier with every session! I'm also a pretty shy person and not the best at socializing, but Fabiola somehow knows how to get you talking and feeling comfortable with her. That makes such a huge difference, especially when you're already nervous about the service. I definitely want to try some of their other services in the future, but for now, I can say this is such a great place for first-timers. I have been getting waxed at this salon for several years. I was honestly terrified at first but they were so sweet and walked me through everything. They also play upbeat music during the waxing and it's just a fun atmosphere which makes it more tolerable. I've been so pleased with the service that I even brought my teenage daughter to get her eyebrows waxed. I like my eyebrows trim, but my daughter opts for the thicker more natural look. I was incredibly nervous, but a friend had told me they had a good experience here, so I wanted to give it a try. The shop has a good website with excellent information, and you could book online, so that instantly helped assure me this was a good choice. Once I stepped inside, the decorations were cute and comforting. I can tell these folks care about our nether regions! Fabiola took great care of me. I'm genuinely shocked at how easy and painless my bikini wax was. I got my first Brazilian at a corporate-style waxing center, which was so painful. I just started getting regular Brazilians again and had not been enjoying the hard wax experience or results from other places. My friend recommended I book with Caroline and she did not disappoint! I literally told Caroline mid wax that it was like the "autobon of waxes." She was very fast and efficient, and the results were great.
