I came here in 2019 and the woman that did my Brazilian let the wax drip all the way to the inside of my vagina. I literally had a rip/hole that took about 1.5 years to heal on it's own. When I complained about it, they did NOTHING about it. I wrote this back in March 2022. It is now near the end of Aug 2022 and was told they were going to follow up with me and call me back. I am very insecure about my body hair, and my body, and to get completely naked in front of strangers I just met is very difficult and awkward. Sabrina made me feel nothing but safe and welcome. I have two pencil thin eyebrows now that are short with both ends cut off that will take weeks to grow back. It made me genuinely want to cry. I had an appointment today, and at first maps took me to a location in South Park so I was 5 minutes late when I meant to arrive early for paperwork. The whole experience felt odd and uncomfortable. My waxer was very nice (I forgot her name but she is incredibly pretty with great tattoos!). I have about 30 tattoos and complimented hers and I feel like that started us off on the wrong foot, he response felt odd. We kept talking but the entire suite could hear us based on the location of the waxing room (right by the door with an open ceiling. My results seem great so far, and I'm in great health, but the way I was asked about my body and to move seemed not very conscious of my size. She asked me to look at my hair when I could not see over my belly, it was odd. I've been waxing for years and haven't had an experience like this before. No hate at all to the waxer, it just doesn't seem like they had seen bodies like mine before. I could have sworn I had booked sugaring but when I got onto the table with my pants off the artist told me she only does hard wax. I'm sure it's my mistake but the website was confusing with all of the options. I thought I had picked the right one! The hard wax was not too bad but much more rough than I'm used to. All was okay, however, the worst part was the upsell speech on the way out. I just wanted to leave and the receptionist (who called me multiple times when I was 5 minutes late, which I understand can throw things off, I apologized profusely, but still was out well before my appointment time was over) she kept her speech going on and on and I no longer felt like a client at that point just a number.
