Very nice clinicians with clean working rooms that are private and professional. They have specials if you want to become a member and come back on a regular basis. They gals are all very kind. I had a spray tan today by Delia and it was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and was so precise with the tan. She was super friendly and made great suggestions. I have had many spray tans where you have to wear the stick on "shoes" because floor is not very clean and you can get spray tan on the bottom of your feet, this was not needed everything was so clean! Definitely recommend! read more

My overall experience at this place was just ok. Don't get me wrong the estheticians are sweet, the establishment was clean however I have never left any of my Brazilian appointments completely hairless. It seems like they are so rushed. I am always disappointed when I come home to find long hairs left. I am also an esthetician so I understand it may happen at times when the wax cannot grab onto the hair but this was three visits and they were full grown hairs. After the second visit I expressed that to management and they turned it onto me and said it was due to poor aftercare but I know that was not the case, as I just stated I am also an esthetician and long hairs left behind are not due to aftercare issues. I did tell the esthetician at my third visit that there was hair left last time and I noticed it once I was home so if she could please get it all and I would help if she needed in any way. I prepaid for 3 visits which is why I did the 3 visits or I honestly don't think I would have been back due to my overall experience there. I really wanted to like this place as it's close to where I am living now, but I cant justify spending $65-80 each Brazilian to leave not fully waxed like one would when getting this kind of service done. read more

It's been several months since I last sugared myself (and a couple years since my last session by a professional), so I was nervous I might feel more pain. I had my first appointment today with Chelsea at The Honey Pot. This place is great! It's so cute and inviting, very nice decor and great parking. I've been looking for a sugaring spot for a while closer to home and I'm so glad I found this place! I've been doing sugaring for a while and I definitely prefer it over waxing as it helps with ingrown hair and the pain is substantially less in my opinion. I have been going to the Honey Pot since it was just a tiny little studio in La Mesa. Chelsea made me feel so comfortable from the very first day even though I was so awkward and quiet, but now we can't stop talking at our appointments. It's hard when it's your very first time getting sugared, especially a bikini wax, but Chelsea made me feel at ease. She has now grown a little sugaring empire in Lemon Grove where she is thriving and I cannot be more happy for her! I have now graduated from bikini plus to Brazilian. It was obviously terrifying the first time, but now it's my fourth or fifth time getting it done and it is a BREEZE. I also have had issues since I was young with having painful armpits from shaving, but now I wax them and I would never go back to shaving- it has been the best change. There are affordable memberships as well for Brazilian waxing and facials which makes it that much easier to keep going back. This is the first place I have become a long time client for waxing and I wouldn't go anywhere else in San Diego. The drive can be a little long depending where you're coming from but The Honey Pot is worth it! read more

Such a cute space, and convenient location with tons of parking. I got the 60 minute facial with Alexis, and my skin felt so clean and glowy afterwards. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and Alexis was so friendly and chill.
