My front window is gigantic - 107 inches across, so this was no small order. I knew what I wanted. A new window had just been installed when he measured, and three weeks later it was in. A few months later, one of the blinds stopped working. I did not receive a charger from the installer, and Boris reached out to them, got the charger, came to my house and testing it out to ensure it would work. It's been golden ever since.
