This place was okay, there was no one there to take our order instead you order at the kiosk machine. I ordered a crispy chicken ramen and changed the broth to tonkatsu. When it was brought out looked very light and realized it was actually chicken not tonkatsu broth. I let the staff know and they were more than happy to remake it again but once it was brought out again it was the same chicken broth. Explained again it was supposed to be tonkatsu broth and the third time it was right. I appreciated the fact they remade it 3 times until it was right. The ragoons were really good and so was the shrimp tempura. The place was very quiet and no other table was there on a Saturday afternoon.
Food is amazing here ! speedy service and a nice casual dining place. the food portions are generous enough. loved it here.

The food is ok but not authentic Japanese at all. I ordered ramen and the egg was fully cooked which normally isn't at most places. Not bad though, the broth and meat were very tasty. We ordered fried rice and it was kind of bland. Overall ok experience.
So I wasn't a fan of this place and not to say the food was bad but it wasn't authentic and I feel it wasn't made with care. As you can see the egg should have been soft boiled but the pork belly was delicious. The fried rice had maybe 3 shrimp and was kinda just plain. The crispy chicken was over cooked and was more batter than chicken. It's self order and really self everything besides having the food brought out to you. I mean for this meal we paid $75 dollars and didn't get water! We would have to pay for water which is crazy we just spent 75 dollars for ramen! I know this was my first and last time dining here. The place itself had some funny decor but didn't stand out in any way, it was kind of just some place. I'm sorry for the review although I didn't enjoy it.

The soul was so refreshing and delicious and The food didn't take long to arrive and it was so good oh my goodness the noodles are bouncy and the meat was cooked well. Pork yakisoba was 9/10 and the soup was a 8.4/10
First off the smell is very off putting when you walk in. I shrugged it off as it's a seafood restaurant. We ordered 2 poke bowls and were told a lot of things we wanted they no longer had. Fail; those were some of my favorite items I love on a poke bowl. I then washed my hands and about threw up from the smell in the women's bathroom. The bowls came out with very hot rice which meant all my raw ingredients were cooking on top of the rice. The spicy tuna was very fishy and the masago tasted very weird. Worst shrimp tempura I've ever tasted. The hot rice ruined my poke bowl and frankly made us waste money. Don't go here, save your money, I warn you! Hula poke is worth the drive and San Poke is a nice substitute for Hula.

If you like Ramen, if you like poke, this might be a place for you. It's delicious. It's got variety. It's got style. It's got a little bit of new. It's got original. It's got every mix that you could possibly think of with an absolute great taste of deliciousness. Now I must say that when it comes to service or customer service, probably not on the list of places to go. They use a kiosk to put your order in and unless it's down, you don't actually see the cashier the only time you see a servers when they bring the food out or if they're in the back cleaning the table. The atmosphere of ambience well what can I say simplistic it's not a lot of sounds or things going on not even background music but you hear a fan in the background. So I'd say it's good but definitely not somewhere. You wanna go like on a date but somewhere you could probably hang out with some friends or just get a good meal for yourself.
Went here after driving by it for over a year! We got there about 45 min before it closed. We ordered 2 pork belly tonkotsu ramens, a 2 protein poke bowl, and a sushirito to go. Everything was amazing! The portion sizes are absolutely huge!!!!!! I will definitely be going back! My kids loved the ramen, said it was some of the best they have ever had and we just got home from a trip to Japan! Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Employee brings your food to table Food was delicious and tasted fresh fresh love that I had the 3 Protein Poke Bowl and loaded it UP! Seaweed salad was busting with flavor and freshness as well my fiancé had spicy shiyon Ramen she liked it as well
This is my go to poke burrito spot! Love their poke burritos and ramen! Staff is friendly and always accommodating. I always get their Ahi Tuna and Spicy Tuna which have always been fresh. Also generous portions unlike other poke burrito restaurants in the area. I also love their special Japanese dressing with the poke burritos and bowl. They also offer a small selection of Asian snacks and drinks.
My beautiful wife recommended the yakisoba and honestly wholeheartedly. Super delicious and would definitely recommend very flavorful lots of protein just all in all good place in the good dish you know that it's gonna be good food when you walk in and it automatically smells weird as shit.

When you walk in, you're greeted by an order screen, which I didn't mind. The screen shows a bunch of pictures, so you can see exactly what you're ordering. This way of ordering takes away the personal aspect of this restaurant and reminds me a lot of McDonald's. At the end of my ordering, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Not sure why I would do that since I did all the work myself. My daughter ordered the broth and Ramen only item, and I ordered the Yakisoba with chicken. As an appetizer, I ordered the crab Rangoons; they came four per order. While my main dish was delicious, the Rangoon's left much to be desired. The restaurant is decorated nicely just needs a good cleaning. read more

First time at this restaurant, I stood around a few minutes before realizing that there are two machines there to enter your order, included extras or omissions. The food was ready to go quickly. My order was a to- go order. There are multiple tables for customers that would prefer to eat in the restaurant. The ramen, broth and other ingredients were portioned separately and everything combined easily when I was ready to eat. (I had the ramen with fried chicken. ) The taste was decent. I would go again and try more menu items. The service person gray handed me my food was very polite. I would recommend. read more

A nice, neighborhood-based ramen stop. Walk up and order and they will bring out the food for you. Their ramen was on or with most ramen dishes I've had in SA. The chicken kaarage could have used a tad bit more flavor. Overall a small place but a good place to go for a quick bite. Seats are comfy and the sound level is average. read more

Place feels clean, simple menu, decent ramen, and fast service. Small bathrooms and thin noodles were the downside to this visit but otherwise it's generically enjoyable enough to bring a group of friends and feel confident everyone will find something on the menu to interest them. I do not recommend table 4 behind the beverage fridge due to unstable base. Chairs are comfy, table is cheaper but I appreciate the smooth surface with no crevices or porous materials to be concerned with unsanitary eating conditions. The sheet metal on the wall was great to attach my bag magnet to and looks way better than ramen stained and/or chipped painted walls most places have after a while of accidents/ negligent consumers being less than careful. I'd love this place if they could do the bigger ramen noodles. The cat art decor was awesome and I fell in so hard I had to restrain myself from nabbing one on my way out. read more

So I've been going to a bunch of ramen places in San Antonio, with that said this Ginza Ramen place is one of the best Ramen places I've been to, top 3. Let me explain why. When you walk in it is a bit plain and has a particular smell but not terrible but the atmosphere is there within the food. The employees are very nice, they explain the menu for you if you don't understand and they treat you with kindness. Note: There's no fountain drinks only bottled drinks, like coke, sprite, lemonade, and their Japanese drinks. After you order you can sit anywhere you want, when they serve you it's quick, quaint and quite delicious! By far one of the best Ginza Ramen places I eat at for fast and distinctive ramen taste! read more
Little hole in the wall-ish spot - oddly nestled between a church and a bar, but worth a visit if you enjoy ramen. Ordered the tonkatsu ramen with pork belly chasu and it was pretty good. Can't say it's the best I ever had - was longing for some missing toppings (seaweed, corn etc) and thought the pork could have been more tender, but still worth a try. The ambiance is also very low key - this is not a fancy spot, much more of a takeout vibe. Interested to try their poke though as the place was honestly super busy so there must be some hidden gems on the menu. read more

Food is great! This is my second time coming here. The first time I had the poke bowl. The servings are huge and it was great. Today I am having a Ramen. My only complaint is that it smells in here. Not sure if it's the dirty fish tank or they have a sewer problem. read more
I want to be a regular at this spot. It's right up the road from my house, has great customer service, and- most importantly- has delicious ramen! On our first visit, a happy female employee guided us through their menu without any hesitation (or making us feel like we were a bother). I ordered the miso ramen and my hubby the tonkotsu. He liked mine more than his, but the broths were equally flavorful. Mine was topped with pork chasu and his with pork belly chasu. Both were tender and full of flavor, as well. My only complaint would be that we only received half of one soy-marinated egg, whereas a whole egg would've been great. They have a toppings bar for any- and every-thing you could want to sprinkle atop your bowl of ramen. They have lots of Japanese soft drinks and beverages to drink with your meal. I will return to try more combinations of ramen, as well as their poke bowls. read more

Ordered the vegetable fried rice and added tofu. Not sure how they can justify charging $10+ for this plate since there almost no veggies. It was literally a plate of 95% rice 5% bean sprouts and 1% broccoli, carrots and onion. Very disappointing. I've had their veggie ramen in the past and liked it. Maybe they were running low veggies and decided to take the sale anyway? read more
I had been searching for Poké Bowl places around the area and found a new Ramen/Poké Bowl place had opened up so I put it on my To-Do lists of restaurants for the week. I was pleasantly surprised that a Ramen place let alone multiple Poké Bowl places have been emerging within the immediate area in the last few months! Yay!! Stopped by for an early lunch with an Asian friend who had already tried it. The other location on I-35 had good reviews so I had high hopes. Food: I chose the Grilled Chicken Ramen with a Tonkatsu broth as the employee recommended it when I asked what was the most popular broth? It was a rich, slightly creamy broth that was tasty upon the first few slurps. There was an ample amount of egg noodle based ramen as well as the grilled chicken. There's half a soft boiled egg, fishcake, bean sprouts, scallions & ear mushrooms in all ramen bowls. I'm so glad there wasn't an aftertaste as I've had Pho with old noodles or chewy, frozen tasting chicken pieces. You can add Toasted Nori, Fried Garlic/Onions, Sriracha, Jalapeños & other sauces in the condiment area as I did. I kept adding more Sriracha as I noticed the broth was getting a little salty & needed lemon which they didn't have. It needed some acid, IMO esp. after putting fried garlic & Nori. I like lemon to brighten up my Asian noodle soups & stir-fried dishes. Service: Friendly server and attentive when I told him they were running out of Nori at 11:45am. I noticed it was getting busy as we left a little after 12pm. It's a pretty busy road now that they're expanding the highway so be careful not to pass it up on Redland Road/Highway 281. Cars are flying by too so be mindful when coming and going. I will definitely be back and will bring my own lemon. No shame! read more

Delicious! Don't let the ambiance fool you. We walked in and smelled the fermentation. Started to think we made a bad choice, but like a Pokémon this place was amazing! I chose the poke bowl with pepper tuna and eel, half salad half rice. I could add as many toppings as I liked. So I just kept circling. You can do this with the sushiritos , and poke bowls. Husband is a vegan and was extremely happy with his creamy vegan Raman (so no pics of the families food - nom nom) you will be pleasantly full with leftovers if lucky. ENJOY read more
