Within my short phone call, I was able to set up an appointment to get a diagnostic and quote for my car. Then after a little bit of deliberation on my end, I was able schedule to get my car's exhaust system fixed and my windshield replaced in one day. What truly sets this place apart from other shops is how friendly and patient Dan is. Dan is the one who picked up my call. He held the door open for me when I first arrived at the shop when I got my car there for a quick diagnostic. He was ordering a Lyft for another customer and made sure it was a female driver for her and let me know that they offer free Lyfts to and from the shop. There is a massage chair as well as hot coffee and cold sodas for customers in their lobby. He answered all of my questions from my first phone call to all of my text messages to my last minute there when I picked up my car. He even listened to my ramblings of what happened before I brought my car to his shop. He's such an honest guy and I felt very taken care of. Went to Jerry's as it was the closest auto repair near my home. All I needed was a simple 10mm bolt…read moreinstalled through a bracket to hold my speedometer cable in place on the transmission. I could almost get it done, on the ground under the car, but didn't have enough room. So all I needed was the car put on a lift, and using a 1/4" ratchet and a 10 mm socket with a 12" extension, put the bolt in the hole and tighten it up. Jerry's refused to do it because they "don't work on old cars" like mine. Regardless of the age of the vehicle, it was a SIMPLE request that a 10 year old could have done - if he had a lift! I took it to another shop, in Mansfield, and they had it completed in less than 10 minutes - and that includes driving the car onto the lift, installing the bolt, and backing the car down. NOT brains surgery. If they can't do a simple job like this, why would I EVER trust them to do anything that IS complicated? ONE star - do NOT recommend! UPDATE: Just found out from a friend that they replaced the heater core on his 1973 pickup, but could not put a simple bolt to hold my speedometer cable to my transmission in my 1980 Triumph!

This was the worst service experience I've ever had, and I strongly caution anyone against using…read morethem. It started well enough. Eddie did his best to take care of us throughout the entire experience. They called us to pick up our car and they didn't even repair one of two items that they said they would. They still charged us the quoted amount, which was supposed to include two repairs. Upon driving away, three major error indicators were going off on our dashboard (these were not there prior to the repair). After calling to inquire about it, they told us to bring it back and they'd take a look. The manager, Mike, was extremely rude and condescending. He said they'd review the work they did and "see if it was Caliber's fault." He refused to look at the diagnostic paperwork we got when having it looked over at Toyota. Surprise, surprise. Caliber determined that "everything was put back together correctly." Still major errors within the car's electronic components. We were given the email address of the district manager or some other higher-up (no follow-up phone number), Jeff, who never responded. Ultimately, we went to Toyota and had to pay $1300 for the damage Caliber did to our car, after paying THEM $750 to fix our one issue (and ignore the other thing we wanted fixed). Our car was at their facility for many days, and we had to go back and forth several times. I've never had a worse customer service experience (except for Eddie, who did everything he could despite his team) or felt so desperate that someone damaged my VEHICLE and would make no effort to fix it. Also note that Caliber is NOT BBB-accredited. I've heard they're good with body work, but steer clear if your repair requires ANYTHING electronic.
